Reason For Report:

What happened was simple, the mod abused her power by first RDMing someone after the had a harpoon shot at them from me as i was trying to kill him and then the mod shot him in the head after he killed me because i was a traitor and i had obviously tried to kill him, the mod then decided to not give himself/herself (i don't know the mods gender) a slay and then when 4 people in the lobby were trying to get her to realize that she RDM'd someone she threatened to kick me and the person i killed for harassment while saying killing someone who just was almost killed with a traitor weapon right in front of the mods eyes then the mod decided it was obviously the victim of getting almost killed with a traitor weapon who was a traitor, she then decided to ban me for who knows how long for harassment and since then i have no idea what has happened.​

Evidence And/Or Witnesses:

Just me and GAY FOR KOMAEDA, i don't even think anybody will call Phoenix out for RDMing someone then banning people for no particular reason but whatever.​

 

This is GAY FOR KOMAEDA.
I also clearly vocalized "That's a harpoon!" before I started shooting at Salty. Phoenix should have had plenty of time to see the harpoon in Salty's hands and it being thrown into the ground, as it makes a distinct noise when it gets stuck in something. Phoenix did not even give me any time to inspect the body and immediately gunned me down. Fox^2 also claims what Phoenix did was RDM.

 

I have seen this and I will present my evidences in my next reply. I will also be tagging my admin @Guilty to give his final verdicts for this report against me.

I will now explain wht I killed GAY FOR KOMAEDA and why you was banned for harassment to show why I did not abuse my power.

For the claim of RDM

Now I will explain why I killed GAY FOR KOMAEDA. What happen was that from what they said, was that I Have Found in Salt Horse threw a harpoon at GAY FOR KOMAEDA and he killed him for that. I was near him, but I did not see that he threw the harpoon and because of that it looked like he killed a player for no reason and I responded by killing him for that. As you see in the report, the victim did kill another player which gives me a reason to kill him.

Now over to the part where you claim thatI abused my power. First of all, I never threatened anybody with kick, as I followed normal harassment protocols which is warn, kick and then ban. I warned both you and GAY FOR KOMAEDA for harassment as show here

But I should explain what you and GAY FOR KOMAEDA did that I counted as harassment.
The first part was on mic and therefor I can not show anything, but what happen was that they was saying I abused over and over and I tried to explain my actions. I then told them to report me as it was not going anywhere, but they still just told me that I was abusing and that it was no point in reporting as other staff just protects other staff member on the forum. At that point I asked @hello my friend what I should do as it was not going anywhere and both got other to also blame me for abuse even if they was not involved in any way and the warning was issued. After the warning you did not stop the discussion there.

You said more after that and I banned you for harassment as you showed no sign of ending the discussion after both warning and kick. And for your information, you are banned for 1 day.

Sure, ill say something, id say that Phoenix kicked and banned me for just telling her it was rdm so phoenix kicked me then after phoenix banned me after i rejoined and said "it was rdm, im not going to fight against a mod because i know you'll ban me so whatever" then i got banned, and as far as killing Komaeda extremely quickly without letting him even id the body or even have time to notice the very distinct sound of a harpoon hit the ground or the giant weapon sticking out of the ground obviously thrown at Komaeda, if you kill someone who's innocent that fast after killing someone before letting them id a body even when they make a remark about the harpoon i tried to throw at him and it was pretty obvious they were almost killed by a traitor you should at least admit it when you kill innocent when the only reason you did was because you apparently couldn't see the the two traitorous acts i had committed just before i was killed by said innocent.

Your report against my Mod has been found invalid. @Phoenix 's actions were all within the rules of the servers and her actions were all justified. Your claims of her RDMing and abusing her powers have been falsified by her evidence.

Keep in mind that harassment isn't tolerated here and any more harassment offenses can lead to harsher repercussions.
