i did not use any hacks and would like to see your "evidence" that i was hacking. i was banned by Kythol​

Evidence of Innocence:

it was fun round, and i was standing in a tree. shooting at people trough a window, you don't need any hacks for that.​

 

what you can see in that video is 2000H of CSS at :30 to :40 you can see that i miss 2 shots.

i was banned 5 years ago on this steam account that is why it only got 77 hours.
and sorry for overrating 1600 hours.

 

After reviewing the video and noticing your hours in source games I was very skeptical of your aiming ability and noticed several times in the video where your crosshair would slowly line up perfectly at their heads, some while moving. There are several hacks in gmod that have the ability to "silently/smoothly" move your crosshair over the player. That is why I suspected you of hacking.

 

the only time my aim is lining up slowly and "perfectly" is at 0:15-0:20 if you look closely you can see the small shakes up and down. that is my hand making those shakes. also i shot 3 times to get one at :30 to :40 and i didn't even get him.

 

and the fact that i shot a bullet after he died clearly indicates that i am the one pressing the button.

 

what is this new "evidence" since i am getting banned again?

I'm reopening this thread per your request as you've just been re-banned for Hacking. We don't appreciate lies, especially when they are used to violate our rules and exploit our system in attempts to get away with breaking them. After observing you, we've obtained evidence, which we prefer to keep private, that shows you've been hacking without a doubt. As you're new to the community, we'll offer you an opportunity to come clean and admit that you were hacking, and we may consider a reduction in your punishment.

We are not biased, and we do not ban without reason. At this point, it's up to you to be honest, though reiterating that you were not hacking will not help this case.

 

you have not obtained any new evidence because there is no new evidence if there was any evidence you would post them. and no i will not admit to something i didn't do.

 

Sadly, then, this appeal will not be going anywhere. As I said, we've obtained evidence to prove that you've been hacking, which we prefer to keep private, and the choice to come clean is yours. As far as we're concerned, however, this appeal will be denied and the ban will remain. I hope that when the ban expires you will choose a more honest style of gameplay. Until then, we wish you the best of luck.
