Why you should be unbanned:

Still don't understand why i was banned in the first place, My technical reason would be that Staff targeted myself, even after multiple others broke, or attempted to break the same rules i supposedly broke.​

Evidence of Innocence:

NoHackJustGood, LadyLag, SpiritWolf, and Crimson Osha. Nohack started the confrontation after I spoke one word, I was immediately deemed mic spamming, yet that's not what mic spamming is. LadyLag proceeded to be harassed by a different player on the server yet nothing was done, Other players began to mic spam more than me, But when confronting ladylag and Nohacks about it i was considered and i quote "The Most Toxic Player on the Server" I mean thats saying something i guess because im pretty sure there were 4 other people more toxic than I. It would seem fit that your staff become well informed on what Mic Spamming is, Harrasment, and what Staff Favoritism is.​

I agree with schaefer those badmins were getting really triggerd really easily and I can tell even right now that they were targeting like a motherfucker.

While I was on the server NoHackJustGood seemed to have been targetting schaefer1231 whenever he spoke or asked questions. He was being a troll to an extent, but not deserving of a ban, or to be targetted by a badmin. The fact that the server would give powers to others that would target out others puts me off from playing it more often.

 

Most of my information with you is in this link. Also, I was never being a troll and I was never targeting @schaefer1231. He was causing the most problems on the server at the time as shown in my link. I am sure some of the mods such as @LadyLag, @SpiritWolf, and @Oshy would agree with what I said. Also, when @schaefer1231 asked me questions, he was trying to be a troll when I was actually trying to help him. I would recommend looking at the last 3 spoilers in my link. That explains why I was on @schaefer1231 so much. Also, I apologize for making this appeal so short. I will wait until some of the mods respond so you can hear their thoughts and opinions on this situation.

 

Im gonna put this out there first. LadyLag and the rest of the badmins obviously can't take a joke one. And honestly get butthurt wayy too easily. (A joke isn't a dick, ladylag don't take it so hard.
1st. NohackJustGood Look at the first portion of the first clip, does Ultra Caucasian yell at you at all? And like 1-2 seconds of him doing something isn't really mic spam doing it for 7+ is what I would consider mic spam. If you wanted to make a better claim you should've edited out the parts where he WASN'T talking.
2nd. I understand the joke there but it obviously wasn't a serious question and read the first part of this message again.
And you are just getting butthurt, but honestly at this point, not a suprise.
3rd. I will give you the point on him advertising.
4th. You were not abusing well a little bit, and it was a complete target to be completly honest with you. Some other people we're mic spamming to an extent but nearly nothing was done about it. I can completly see why he's pissed about being targeted. To an extent I do feel like the admins don't know what they are doing. "And they would if you would stop providing negative insight" -LadyLag 2016 <-- Fucking quote of the year right there mate. Explain that to me would ya. But to me, you are saying if he shut his mouth you guys would know what you are doing, to me you must be hearing negative insight all the time because it seems like almost none of the time you guys know what you are doing.
Overall, schafer1231 was being targeted by all the admins and SpiritWolf I am not leaving you out either. The admins to be more chill and not care about everything someone says. And don't pull a "But what if it a racial slur" thats fucking common sense.
My opinion These admins need a warning at the minumum or even a suspension, obviously they were targeting schafer1231 and they act so fucking dumb not to realize it. Honestly if it was up to me, I'd repick these fucking admins or give them more training or less power. I personally don't like the idea of once they get accepted they just get full power as a mod. Trolling. You dont even know what or how i could troll you in multiple ways. Listen kid. When a group of people i know do the same things i had done to you, yet none of them and i mean NONE of them have a ban to their name shows you played favoritism. You videos show me only directly doing honestly what i normally do on a Gmod server. You have no video of what others were doing, how they had mic spammed, how they were harassing, and even Ladylag dropped a server warning next person to harass gets banned, yet that shit didnt even happen after 12 people dropped nig. I've trained staff for a year before on a TTT server and i specifically know how your playing favorites. You're a brand new staff, so you dont know much.

 

Not exactly brand new for say. Anyways, I figured out that I was allowed to accept or deny without their input. Because of the things in my link, I will be denying this appeal. Along with that, I will be locking this thread.
