I know I have been reported for RDM, but I didn't do it. I have seen the guy who I killed shooting at somebody who was turned around, and when I saw that the corpse was innocent i just tracked him down and shoot him for KOS.​

I don't have any images or video, but I'm speaking the truth. I see the rules before entering on every single server, but one thing is reporting for RDM and another thing is just bad loosing, that's what it was.​

Hello Fabio Duarte/Corazón, thank you for taking the time to file an appeal here on the forums, as well as wait out until now. I apologize sincerely for the delay in this response. I will now go into the reason why I issued the ban, provide evidence for the ban in question, offer suggestions to prevent bans such as these from happening in the future, provide my verdict for this appeal, as well as answer any questions you may have regarding this process.

You were banned for "RDM and Leave | 1st Offense" which is when you commit an offense of RDM, and leave the servers before you fully serve out the slay that is given by a moderator. Due to the fact that you have never been guilty of this offense in the past, this was your first, which helps to answer your question on what the first offense means when you see it within your ban. The standard punishment for these types of offenses starts out as a simple 5-day localized ban, but the lengths quickly stack when other offenses get piled on top of them.

Earlier, you and I were both playing on the EU Vanilla Minecraft server, and I had just hopped online as the moderator before me needed to leave. A very short while after I joined, a report came in from another player regarding why you had killed them about 5 minutes into the 2nd round of the map. You responded that you had heard gunshots from the location that the player who you had killed, which I quickly deemed as an invalid reason to kill someone, due to the fact that you are not allowed to kill based off location, the player who you had killed had not actually fired his gun, and even if he had, this would not be a valid reason to kill someone regardless since you do not know if they were shooting at other players or simply shooting something. Due to this, I issued you a slay immediately as the next round was beginning to start. The report that was filed as well as the damage infos and the slay can be seen in the images below.

Quite shortly after I had issued the slay, you proceeded to leave the servers on the same round in which I had slain you. Due to this, you received a ban for the reasons explained above. An image of you leaving the server with a slay can be seen below.

For future reference, there are a few tips that I can offer to help you negate possibly receiving bans such as these. The first and best suggestion that I can offer you is for you to check for connected staff when you are about to leave the servers, and then ask them through the "@chat" or the "!p chat" features if you have any impending slays so you know you're safe to leave the servers. The connected staff will let you know right then and there whether or not you should stay another round due to a pending report. The second piece of advice that I can give is for you to respond to reports against you in a completely serious and informative manner. This means to respond with a solid amount of reasoning or a claim that a moderator who did not see the situation can verify through the in-game logs.

Finally, when it comes to the verdict for this report, I will be accepting your appeal due to the fact that you have been a rather straightforward player both in-game and in this appeal, and your story for the verdict of the report gives more information than your original response had, which may have changed the verdict of the report.
