I'm new to the server and I didn't realize there was an rdm and leave. The new maps got put out and I left when I got slain for a round to figure out how to do the secret for black mesa. Thinking "Oh, I can figure out the secret while I'm slain for a round."
The mod who banned me was Miggo if that helps.​

Hello there Prone. Thanks for taking the time to make this appeal.
Even though I just resigned, I will still be replying to this since I'm the only one with the evidence.

It all started when I spotted this damage in the logs that didn't look right

So I made a report on you, asking what happened.

It should be very obvious that crowbaring your T-buddies is very rude. The only way to make your kill justifiable is if your T-buddy was blocking you towards some threat, like a C4 or a Traitor trap.
Because you didn't have that reason, I issued a slay on you.

The next map arrives and you receive a slay. Then I received this message in the chat.

After giving you a few minutes to come back in case you just crashed, I banned you for RDM and leave (1st). As you can see in our rules HERE, you must stay on the server until the end of the round or else it counts as RDM and leave. With all this in mind, I'm going to let you make one more response to this and ask yourself why you should be unbanned.

 

I misunderstood the rdm and leave rule, I thought if you rdm and then left before you're issued the slay round that's considered rdm and leave rather than leaving after the slay was issued. As I said I'm relatively new to ttt and I know it's not right to rdm even if they're afk but I didn't want to sit in a corner unable to play an entire round just because he was ask. I do see the asterisk now, where it explains rdm and leave but I didn't know prior to this. I've been playing with a friend and I've been learning as I play.

 

After reading your response I have decided to accept this ban appeal. In the future if you ever get a situation like this, use your crowbars right click, it can be used to push people without harming them.

Please add @hello my friend on steam, who is my old Admin. Schedule a time for you to get serve your slay to finish the appeal. Your ban will remain in your history and the next time you RDM and leave, it will be a 2 week ban.
