Reason For Report:

Loopholed to get out of RDMing me- he stated he killed me because he "watched [me] shoot*(was previously kill, that was incorrect) [him] and get rid of evidence." I knifed Memphis, not shot him and I threw his body over the ledge when he was ID which is not KOSable.​

Evidence And/Or Witnesses:

As you can see by my video, he may have seen me with the unID body- but he did not see me do anything to it as he was behind the pillar. I feel like he was giving an excuse to kill me because he and another member had been harassing me for a bit over an hour, @Panzer was staffing at the time but did what he could.​

He said, she said. Video invalid unless you have a 360 cam lying around some where. Just because you didn't see him, doesn't mean he didn't see you.

 

After I see her switch weapons with a unideed I assume the worst. Combined with her removing evidence I took the kill and was correct.

 

Bryan, you're irrelevant on this thread. Video is valid, also DRIVE acts as a 360 camera as shown.

 

He brings up a point I forgot. Since you can't see me dosen't mean I can't see you.

 

It would be different if you said you saw me with the unID, because that was true- however you said you specifically saw me SHOOT him which was obviously a lie. You also only added on the "shoot him" part after a staff member came onto the server, you had originally said you killed me specifically for hiding evidence.

 

When you released the knife you switched back to your gun immediatly leading me to belive you fired (thrown) your weapon (knife).

 

I'm irrelevant because I'm correct? Maybe he didn't feel like typing out a whole paragraph. I know I usually don't. He was totally justified in killing you if he saw you and again this turns into he said, she said but you won't admit that. Good luck with this report.

 

There is absolutely zero way you would have seen me kill him- you and the other person were behind the pillar after he had died.

If the full demo would like to be given, let me know. I feel like everything here is cleared up.

Alright, since I was called upon as not witnessing anything :

, I would have to say that according to my vision, I only saw you walking away from the corner to the middle, where Sprinkles was shooting you from where I turned around the pillar [NOTE: I could notice the whole incident from just around the corner at the pillar] However, the guy I was following, Sprinkles, was about 300 units ahead of me and took the same route as I did. Since he was indeed ahead of me and I could see you walking away from the corner (which you did straight after iding the unided and throwing it away), Sprinkles most definitely had the chance to look at you actually next to an unided and throwing it off, since one again he was about 2-3 seconds ahead of me and I saw you walking away. [NOTE: Sprinkles did not wait around the pillar, just hopped on and turned around] Therefore, it is unlikely that was just killing you for the shits and giggles as you mentioned in OP, but there is a chance that the actual reason he killed you for may not have been witnessed by him [actually killing], your demo will surely clear this up if you please provide it]

 

Nobody asked you to comment, so not sure why you are. He didn't say anything about the unID, he stated something specific which is why I'm reporting him.

All your comment did was make more confusion on something that's already being handled.

After investigating the evidence provided by @zomborg , I have chosen to have you serve a 5 day ban for your actions in regards to loopholing and some harassment as witnessed and handled by @Panzer . Mind you, this would normally be a global ban and had you not acknowledged your mistake in a later post, I would have had your ban stay as a 2 week global ban. Take care to avoid these kinds of situations and be honest with your actions because dishonesty can result in harsh repercussions. The next time you get caught for loopholing like this will result in a more severe punishment. So please don't do this again.
