he had shot me off complete suspicion, since he could not have know i was the one who had killed him, since i was in a shelf, and he could not see my name and or gun​

As you can see in the video he shot the guy from the room and walked out immediately.
Common Sense: In TTT, common sense and logic is huge. You may kill on these grounds, if it implies 100% certainty. This also works for unseen traitorous acts, regardless of the stigma that shrouds this area of the game. You may kill for something you have not seen, only if you have 100% certainty. For example, in 1-way entrance rooms if you hear someone get killed (confirmed only with screams of death or weapons falling on the floor after shots being heard) and you can pinpoint with 100% accuracy which room it happened in, you don't necessarily have to enter the room to find a body.
So under that I think it should not be considered rdm since I knew the shot came from the room and he is the one that came out of it immediately afterwards.

 

Also may i add more evidence, This screenshot shows, that he had never saw me shoot, and only had the suspicion of killing me, i could have shot to get a bullet out of my clip, and he could have been sniped.

Posted common sense rule to clarify it. You don't need to see the action. But as long as you know 100% certain you can kill. Also I saw the shot come from the room. So I knew he wasn't sniped. It could only have come from the room artic came out of so I knew 100%

Due to the fact that you would have either witnessed a traitorous act being committed, or have committed the traitorous act from where you were at this kill is a valid kill on the grounds of both GBA and common sense. No matter what, you coming from that room would have witnessed a traitorous act take place and not do anything about it, since shootout saw the shot come from the room you were in.
