I am not sure why i was banned but i was banned in 2 servers i am not sure why i wasn't slayn and left.I just left the server then i got a 5 day ban for no reasom​

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to file a ban appeal here on the forums! I apologize for the wait that came with this response. In this post, I will go over what you did to receive a ban on our servers, how you can avoid having bans such as these happen in the future, and whether or not your ban appeal has been accepted.

Starting things off, let's look at why I banned you. While I was playing on the EU server a day or two back, there was a report filed against you. An image of the report can be seen below.

Within this report, you claimed to have killed another player for two reasons. Both of these two reasons are not valid reasons to kill or damage another player. The rules will clearly show that smoke grenades are not traitorous to throw, and that going near another player with a gun is also not a traitorous act. I highly recommend you looking at the following thread to enlighten yourself about the rules of the servers so that instances such as these do not happen again.

Now, once I issued you your slay, you left the servers not too long afterwards. Due to the fact that this was your first offense of rdm and leave on the servers, I issued you a ban for RDM and Leave | 1st Offense. The recording that I have of the situation has been corrupted, so I am unable to provide an image of the leave in question nor the slay.

Nevertheless, I recommend that you take it upon yourself to ask connected staff members who are online whenever you need to leave the servers whether or not you have any slays coming. This way they can tell you whether or not you do to avoid RDM and Leave bans.

As for whether or not I will be accepting your appeal, I am leaning toward accepting it due to the lack of evidence that I have regarding your leave and the slay that I issued. I will not be deciding, however, and will be leaving it to @Fivecraft to explain his side of the ban. If he chooses to void or accept his portion of the ban, I will be doing the same with mine. But if he chooses not to accept the ban appeal and keep the ban in place, I will as well.

Anyways, I thank you for taking the time to file a ban appeal here on the forums. I look forward to seeing you in-game sometime soon, and I hope you have fun on the servers once the ban is removed/expired.

I wasn't slayn when i left the server though i was killed.Anyways this guy Famous was following a detective i was pretty sure he was ready to kill him the detective goes into the room with the healer (cssource office) then he throws outside of the room a smoke grenade the he double jumps through the grenade with the shotgun i was pretty sure he wanted to lure out the detective so he could kill him then he comes running towards me cause i was the only one in the hallway i was pretty sure he was going to kill me so i killed him and now i got a 5 day ban on 2 of your traitor servers

 

Hey, you'll have to wait for Fivecraft to explain why the second ban was issued, but what you just described to me is considered a kill on suspicion. Due to the fact that you killed Famous on suspicion, you are to receive a slay. However, before this slay could be issued, you left the server. This means that you deserve a ban for 5 days on the server this happened on. I hope this better explains the situation.
