Hello! Thanks for taking the time to make this appeal. This ban actually happened on the EU2 server.

Here is my evidence that I banned you based on.

I remember spectating you during this and I vaguely remember you being on the tall building in the barn area on 67thway. You saw 2 people approach you from the tunnel area and like you said in the report, you told them not to come up there or you will shoot them. They ignored your warning and walked up the stairs and you took the first shot at them.

Essentially what you did was claim rooms, which is explained in the extended rules to be not allowed

If you really think about it, the person you shot had only committed the crime of walking up a staircase. This is obviously not something you should be shooting people for. As a result of all of this, I was forced to place a slay on you.

Then you took your slay like you were supposed to, but as our general rules in !motd state:


Maybe you were never aware of this rule, which would explain why this is your 5th time of leaving during a slay. Being negligent of the server rules for this long is mildly unacceptable if you ask me, so as a result I will be denying this appeal.
