Game of the Year?

Seeing as 2013 is about to come to a close, i was wondering what everything thinks are their top 5 games of the year?

Mine are

1. Papers Please
2. Bioshock Infinite
3. Spelunky
4. GTA V
5. Deadpool


Deadpool because it was an hilarious game to play and despite its poor combat i had a laugh with the game
GTA V becuase it sucked up most of my time and was hella fun to play and it improved on every aspect of GTA IV
Spelunky because its just brilliant, i only play it around once a day just doing one adventure but it's so much fun to play and just play it
Infinite because despite its weak combat it has one of the best story in games right now
Papers Please because this game is amazing, simple game-play but a rich story and decision making. Buy this game.

I personally think Assassins Creed:IV deserves it, but it won't get it because of how often ac titles are released every year. The first game never won an award, and the games never change enough during each new release to warrant an award. The game itself, without comparing it to the pile of pequels, should win an award.

True except for the GMOD, younger gamers mostly use consoles for gaming.

1, 2 are mods. 3 and 4 will never become game of the years because they are a joke. 5 is in beta.

Not goty but I love football manager 2014,but my goty would be nba 2k14 on ps4.

 

1,2 are still games you have to download And The Walking dead isnt a joke lol

 

The Walking Dead was actually a huge hit when it was released.

 

GTA V will most likely be GOTY.

Of all the games that should get this I believe GOTY should go to Total War Shogun 2.

 

I think that the only award ghosts will ever win is the "confirmation that COD is dead" award. I really think it will be GTA5 as GOTY because of its hype and revenue. I personally love that game along with battlefield 4 but bf4 had a few more in game problems on launch than gta.

 

I'd have to say that Shadow Warrior takes best first person shooter this year. Jesus Montoya Christ does that game feel great to play.
