Why you should be unbanned:

So looking at my previous bans I don't know if those account for anything giving the time length in between because I stopped playing the server for so long I honestly 100% forgot I was ever even banned on the server, another point that I wanted to make was that when I left the server it wasn't my intention to evade a slay or anything of the sorts and I know that doesn't matter because I had in my mind at the time that if I left I might get banned so I waited until the round started and I wasn't slain...so I left the server to hop onto rust with my friends because I was a bit bored of the server and the RDM in it's self was accidental but I don't care enough to cry about that. I just don't find it fair to ban me for 5 days I mean I'd be fine with 1 day but I honestly had 0 intention of breaking any server rules.​

I have no evidence considering I never thought I needed any considering I didn't know I would be banned for something this small...​

I'll go ahead and tag @Pandora for you so that she is aware of this appeal. As you already know, you were banned for "RDM and Leave First Offense" and she will respond with her evidence and verdict as soon as she can! Until then, I thank you for being patient.

 

Hey there @BhopsTraining thanks for taking the time to make an appeal today.

So the situation at hand was that a player reported you for killing them with an incend when they had done nothing wrong and you admitted this was an accident. Since accidental RDM is still RDM, you were set to be slain however left before you could.

Considering at the time I was training a trial who had barely been promoted that day and the amount of reports he had, it took a while to get a verdict on this specific report. Since the reason you left was because you thought you weren't getting slain for it and I believe you that you had no intention to intentionally break the rules I will be accepting this appeal, but it will not be voided so if you RDM and Leave again it will be for 2 weeks. In the future it would be better to ask a staff member on at the time if you're okay to go (i.e "@am i okay to go?") to avoid this sort of situation again, especially if you see a trial mod on.
