Reason For Report:

The whole round I was not camping anywhere on the spot untill the last 30 seconds. I went to hide in a small area to type kos that took 5 second then I kosed the T started shooting him he rushed me and I was left with 4 hp. Thinking the T would attack I camped there a big 20 seconds but then he warned to stop camping which was basically a death sentence for something I had no control over yet the T didn't attack so finally I got out and into the station near the spot I was but I moved I got there 5 second to get supply but there was nothing of use. However three players possessed explosives props and put them in front of the door so I was trapped he didn't warn me when I was in the station and teleported me DIRECTLY in front of the fucking T when I had 4hp. Not only did the T camp himself longer than me and delay for the whole round because I had my sus on him the whole round but I was teleported in front of him and my guess was that Fisha was mad that I declined his pm offer to rtv the map.

He basically warned me twice under 30 second when I was under assault from a T and then teleported me in front of the T. You should be able to check the logs and see the time I died after I was left with 4hp.​

To make it shorter
The T that attacked me delayed and did nothing while his T buddies did stuff.
He was not warned for delaying but I was while under attacked from him.
He was right outside of where I was so leaving was a guarenteed death at 4hp.
I was warned 2 time for delaying right after being fucking shot.
I left anyway and went elsewhere T seemed to be delaying again.
Where I went there was nothing useful.
I was forced to camp because 3 players possessed explosives props at the fucking door.
He teleported me in front of the T at 4 HP.

Edit: Logs will also show that while I was "camping" I was buying and throwing frags outside does that even count as camping if I'm doing that?

You were camping twice in both places first place was in a dark attic, for about 1 min and then I warned you with global warn, second was in a gas station for about 20 seconds so I warned you again, and you did not move so I took action by teleporting you right outside where you were camping (I should've slayed you since I already warned you twice), and then you walked away and jumped and then you came up on the other guy and he killed you since you were on low health, so in my defense I did not do anything wrong, you also have a history of camping. Basically I gave you a lower offense than I should've, that is all I really have to say.

It was a round that really mattered for me. I wanted to win and was trying my hardest but it was all ruined by a mod. I expect better from mods even if they are only human. Honestly my guess is that he really wanted amsterville to be over but he could have gone onto another server.

You forgot to mention I was literally stuck in there with 3 players possessing explosives barrel trying to door explosion kill me with them and you're lying I didn't get to walk out because the logs will show as soon as I got teleported maybe 3 seconds at most I got killed.

 

Camping is not allowed when the majority of players are dead however if you're under attack running in front of the gun shots is just plain stupid.

 

He was not even near you he was across the map, you even said:

I said that 30 sec after he attacked me while I was tossing grenades outside. Then I proceeded to escape the area. Logs will also show that while I was "camping" I was buying and throwing frags outside does that even count as camping if I'm doing that?

 

Avuky you began camping at around the 3 minute mark in the dark attic for about 1 minute, you then were told to "stop camping as a majority of players are dead".
You then moved to the gas station at about the 1:30 mark as I remember i started counting down at the 1 minute mark and you were still in the gas station. You were told once again while in the gas station to "stop camping as a majority of players are dead" when you didn't move you were teleported, not to your death, but just outside the gas station. However you stated you were "under attack" and no shots were fired just grenades were thrown by you as the other guy was long gone.

 

I was throwing grenades as you said while in the dark attic. Keep in mind you also didn't mention the 3 explosives barrel.

After reviewing the case, I have come to the verdict that this report is valid, but not for the reason you wish it to be avuky. You were teleported for camping after being warned multiple times for it. The problem is that Fishaa teleported you instead of slaying you as he is a moderator and does not have the discretion to choose whether or not he slays or teleports camping players. Fishaa even stated in his response to this report that he should have slayed you, so no further action will be taken at this time.
