Misdeed done by me:
I responded to a report that I killed Globox (I shot first, another person killed her but I called the shot), because I saw her in the side of my screen killing someone on-top of the "Puss in Boots" book (directly behind the person in plain view). This is NOT THE CASE! Proof of her alibi:

That is the misdeed I've done.

Explanation & Analysis of why I did what I've done:
The report message appeared while I was alive. During those moments, I was in paranoia from the adrenaline rush from the state of low health, combat, sleep deprive fatigue (incident happened at about 2:30-3:30 am). *1 What I actually saw was assassin(forgot full name) shoot Gucci an, AFK player, in plain view in the back of the head (incident happened on Tuesday and at the moment of 4/29/2016 10:25 pm, the demo that was given to me from the mod that banned me is not working for me). At the moment, rad_scorpion was blocking my view while we stand on the door ledge next to the closet, so I chased in for the person who killed Gucci, who ran into the closet from the bookshelf. When I enter the closet from the same entrance at the bookshelf, I was greeted by Globox. The immediate instinctual thought process from playing TTT, was to immediately think that Globox is a companion of assassin, since I suspect T's would get paranoid thinking, oh snap, he this person must have heard me kill that person outside and is going to kill me (I have no idea if this is viable for killing in TTT for your servers, but it is in my head)! but yet again, if you look in the youtube video above at 1:25 - 1:33, even if she wasn't a comrade, assassin wouldn't have seen her, if you follow his T symbol.

Misdeed in Analysis(yellow text):
The text in yellow shows me suspecting, then killing Globox. You cannot kill on suspicion so this would land me a slay(besides reasonable deduction which could be the orange analysis afterwards).

Explanation of why appeal in all of this mess:
(you will see * with color and number for any reference I make below on the line of got the thingy from, or not, I'm tired)

1. This is incident happened at 2:30 - 3:30 am*1
2. I spent a tot of time into this appeal( started at around 9:20, ended... just look at the bottom of this thing)
3. This, to me, is a mistake I do very infrequently, and I do not think a 28 day ban is justice to this. 4/26/16 to..... 28 days later (idk I'm fucking out of it man, re-editing is a bitch since sometimes when I click to a certain line I want to edit, the fucking thing will do this annoying write over the text instead of shoving it aside and adding on)
4. Reasonable explanation for my misjudgment is in the first 3 lines of the second heading that is in this shitty blue green color.

(and adding on to the number 2 of the last bit, I end this thingy at 11:15, if it's shit... well fuck... Wompzilla don't judge me on how short it is for taking almost 2 hours)​

Oh one more thing to add on, but I guess it is a no brainier if you read the thingy that the loop-holing was not an intentional thing that I was doing.

First and foremost, I would like to thank you for appealing with such great detail and sincerity.

The Report

As you stated already, you killed the player shown in the video for shooting an AFK player, however, in your response, you claimed that you saw her kill that player.

(I currently cannot provide a screenshot of the report. I was going to take a screenshot of the report in the demo I had recorded, but due to the update on April 28, 2016, demos have become impossible to view. That is why you had the same issue with the demo.)

The following outlines why claiming that you saw her kill the AFK player is loopholing:
-As you can see in the video, the traitor that actually shot the AFK player was gone before you even got there.
-The traitor that shot the AFKer and the player you killed had two completely different skins.
-Your response did not match up whatsoever with the response that was provided.

The Ban

I received discretion for this ban from @C.A.Anna as I have previously discussed with you. This discretion was received after a discussion about the events that occurred and after she had viewed the evidence. At the time, we saw that it fit to give you the ban and to allow you to explain yourself in the appeal. I discussed this with you on TeamSpeak, and you've stuck by the same explanation that you have provided here.

My Recommendation

You made a great effort with your appeal, showing that you truly are apologetic for your actions. Since your ban, your explanation has remained constant, which proves that you simply made a mistake, and you're explaining the mistake as you truly saw it. Your record on our server is not an issue with regards to a ban like this. Overall, you are an honest player who I truly believe will make the effort to not make a mistake such as this in the future.

As a result, I recommend that your appeal should be Accepted,
however the final decision is left to @C.A.Anna

Again, I appreciate the effort you put into this report. Do not be ashamed about the time that you took to write it. It shows your intent and it makes a world of difference when it comes to getting your appeal accepted.

 

The reason I decided to get Womp to issue a loopholing ban on you instead of a slay was because of this.

Spoiler: conversation with womp

Firstly, you said you saw globox kill someone when you didn't. After Globox gave the evidence that proved that you didn't see anything, I would have been happy to have you slain for that, but you then went onto TS with Womp. It was then that he told me that you told him that you had been shooting at the T (that had killed someone) and that you got globox too. This would imply that you had been actively trying to kill the other T and got her in crossfire which was not the case. The T was already far away from the area when you opened fire on her. It seemed that you had been trying to get out of the slay period. The fact you lied in the first place was something I could forgive you for. The second was the one that sealed the deal.

However you seem to be sorry and I am happy for this ban to be lifted from you. I would suggest that you be extremely careful in the future as any future loopholing incidents will not only result in a longer ban, but you will also have to serve the entirety of that ban. I cannot stress enough how important it is to ensure that your story is completely consistent and that there is no room for inconsistencies.
