All right, thanks for the patience. Let's get right to it then Racco, I apologize for the length of this in advance.

Here's what happened, we were playing on Minecraftcity_v4 when I came across the following report:

As you can see above you claimed you killed @Turquoise (arenap) for several Unidentified bodies being around him. Normally, this scenario would've been considered Word versus Word, but luckily Video Evidence was provided for this incident which you can see below:

With the video above presented above you're able to see the following things in this order:

• You dropped down the lower area of this map with a river of water flowing in it.

• Turquoise drops down immediately afterwards behind you.

• Turquoise identifies the body that was right in front of him.

• Then, you begin shooting him, which he proceeds to kill you in retaliation.

• And lastly, Turquoise allows us to see the surrounding area where you see the one and only body he Identified prior to your shots.

Because you claimed that he was around several Unidentified bodies and the video proves otherwise, showing that you were the one with several Unidentified bodies in your area, your original claim was proven invalid. I was going to place the proper slay on you but you had already left, which you're able to see in this screenshot.

I'll be denying this appeal as you show no intentions of wanting to be unbanned. I will warn you though, you've been noted to have a habit of causing mischief while on our servers. I suggest you improve your behavior, or much harsher punishment will be issued for these sorts of actions and comments as they're completely unnecessary and distasteful.
