Waka hasnt been seen since the 19th of April. Can a staff member just go ahead and close this, as its clearly not going to be done?

 

Player has not been seen on servers since 4/8 and on the forums since 4/18. The giveaway was supposed end on the 4/22, so I think that it is pretty safe to say Waka is not going to be doing this anytime soon.
