Why you should be unbanned:

Well considering I was slain for killing people that were wrongly KOSed by OTHER people I have no idea why I was banned, especially since I served ALL my slays and then was banned anyways by the moderator "Something weird". I don't really see the justice here since I wasn't the one calling people out, I hope this can all be worked out because honestly it feels like horse shit and i'm disappointed because I love this server.​

I would just like to ask how I RDMed x3 when I was being slain constantly... I await your evidence I guess.

 

On 67thway you rdmed me at the start of the round for no reason, I think it was regarding me doing a T act (Breaking the T tester) when I was a Detective, I had forgotten about this slay. Hence why I slayed you 3 times for rdming on two different rounds on amsterville.

The first slay on amsterville was when you rdmed someone because you "thought" someone had said that they were being shot by $Zgula.

I just realized I accidentaly banned you for rdmx3, the ban was actually supposed to be for rdmx4 as shown in this report (didnt slay for this as I was looking into the ban) that proves your fourth offense of rdm.

Ill give you a full day to respond. If the appeal is found invalid the ban will be corrected to 5 days instead of 1

 

The first RDM was completely my fault and I did take a slay so I don't understand why you think I didn't, the second RDM was not on 67th way it was on Amster or whatever the hell that map was and $Zgula was traitor baiting and shooting into a crowd of people from a hidden spot and didn't respond when asked why he was shooting, the third RDM was Atomic Samurai was called out SEVERAL times by Parrot so I can't really say that was my fault, and the last RDM was when Taunt was continually changing his story as to how he become critically injured and somebody said "Shoot him" so I shot, while that was completely my fault and I should have double checked to see if it was an actual KOS I do not personally believe I should have been slain numerous times just to be banned for one actual RDM as I've explained.

 

And to clarify the last RDM somebody said shoot him so I ACTUALLY called KOS as I thought they had and then shot him.

 

Why didnt you state this in the report? The word "thought" implies that you killed on suspicion.

You cant shoot somone for not responding/changing the story on why something happend. and you are not forced to follow orders.

 

Why didnt you say that Atomic was called out in the report?

 

Well I did THINK that they were calling him out because he WAS most definitely shooting towards people, I believe I was justified in this kill because it was extreme traitor baiting.

That is understandable but why was I the only person punished for that? When somebody says "SHOOT SO AND SO" you're going to do it, I understand the slay but not the accusation of RDM because it was not random in any sense, it was a called order and it was a mistake not an active act of aggression and trolling.

 

And because honestly Atomic was getting on my nerves, what I am guilty of here is terrible filling out of my RDM reports and for that I apologize, however I still don't think a ban is needed, maybe a kick but not a ban.

 

Sadly, im going to be denying this appeal.
Due to the fact that you didnt take the reports seriously enough to give an actual response to what happend,
When responding to reports its important you take them seriously, it took you a forum appeal to give me different responses to what you said in the reports, it makes it seem like you are trying to avoid punishment.
