Why you should be unbanned:

I was banned for rdm and leave 5 minutes ago. I accidently shot someone for 50 damage and was slayed, which i understand. i then waited for the slay to go through then left the server AFTER the slay went through.​

not sure if you can check logs. i left the server after my slay had taken place I spawned traitor, immediately was slayed, then left.

Kitteh as well slayed me earlier right after killing her for an offense that wasn't rdm and that she admitted it wasn't rdm.

Not sure whats up server was great until Kitteh and her two friends joined.​

Here is the report that got you a slay :

The reason why I banned you for RDM & Leave was because as soon as the round started, you left. You didn’t serve your whole slay till the end of the round. Here is a picture of you leaving :

Now, you brought up how I gave you a slay earlier on. Here is a report that was made on you :

I investigated the logs thoroughly to end up finding out 13 Arkane didn’t shoot anyone or shoot his gun at all until you had started to shoot him. I had placed the slay just a few seconds until the round had started, so there wasn’t much time to talk about it. So I killed myself right away to explain why you had gotten a slay.

At first you said you saw 13 shooting me :

Then after discussing the situation for a bit along with other players, the one who did kill me said this :

Now, with him saying that and with everything else you said, it matched up, you should have not gotten the slay. You did not specify clearly enough the situation in your response to the report. The response you gave me, was a valid reason to slay you. After telling you to be more clear in your responses in the future, you responded that you will :

Now I don’t know if you knew that you must stay until the end of round when you are slain, considering that you thought you had already served your slay. You must stay or it will be considered RDM & Leave if you leave during the slain round. So I am giving you 24 hours to respond to my reply. If you do not respond within that given time, I will end up denying your appeal.

I read through your rules both on the MOTD and your website I see nothing (unless of course I missed it) stating that you must stay for the entire round. Most servers I have played on leaving after the slay is admissible. I also was slayed within 30 seconds of the round and waited a full 6-7(maybe longer?) minutes to recieve my slay, lose my T round then leave. If you remember correctly the T waited until the last 30 seconds of his T round to begin killing people. I also was going to reconnect to the server, something I tried to do not 30 seconds after I left to find I was banned.



In regards to the slay earlier, does your server not use death scene? either way that situation could have easily been avoided had you simply talked to the person you were going to slay, something you seemed to not have done once during the time you joined and I was banned or had been paying attention to YOUR own death and followed your servers own rules. I had 0 clue that he was the person who did not kill you, but I 100% knew that he was a traitor because two people walked away from the dead body, I had not chance to back myself up with damage logs because you did not once talk to me about it before I was slayed.

Common Sense: In TTT, common sense and logic is huge. You may kill on these grounds, if it implies 100% certainty. This also works for unseen traitorous acts, regardless of the stigma that shrouds this area of the game. You may kill for something you have not seen, only if you have 100% certainty.For example, in 1-way entrance rooms if you hear someone get killed (confirmed only with screams of death or weapons falling on the floor after shots being heard) and you can pinpoint with 100% accuracy which room it happened in, you don't necessarily have to enter the room to find a body.

 

In the MOTD, in the punishment section under RDM, it clearly states that you must stay the whole round. Here is a picture of it :

Now I placed that slay on you not that long into the round, because I was waiting for your response. That round did last a while, yes. Now when it was time for you to serve your slay, you left immediately after the round began. It seemed very intentional that you left based on your behavior from my time playing with you. Also during the previous round while you were dead, you were typing !motd quite a bit, and from what you have just said to me, you thought you could just leave and come back with no problems as you did some research. I waited about 2 minutes for you to come back, you did not so I banned you.

To that previous slay, I told you a few times now, that you were not clear enough in your response to the report. Your response is what I base my decision off of, and your response looked like pure RDM. Now in that whole situation, the player you killed was GBA, if you were to have stated that or stated the situation a bit better, you would have not gotten the slay. All you said was you saw him shoot someone, which he did not.

Based on your overall behavior (mainly from in-game) and from what you have stated, I am going to be denying this appeal. Please take this time to learn from what has happened. You are free to play on our other servers, except for East.
