I was playing for a long time yesterday, over 3 hours, and had no admin or mod get upset with me. When I had to leave, I killed an innocent I thought to be acting suspicious and then was killed, so I left. Some overzealous mod probably thought I was RDMing and leaving, so I was slapped with a 5 day ban without warning.​

Hello @mister♂gayker, thank you for your patience regarding this situation. I banned you from West for RDM and leave 1st.

As you can see here you pushed someone off of a high ledge with a discombobulator resulting in their death. After they filed a report your response consisted of random letters and symbols instead of an actual explanation for your actions.
You then left the server as seen here without serving your slay. I happened to be alive the round you decided to respond to the report and then left before I had died and was given a chance to slay you for it. Even though you did not have a slay on you it is recommended for players, especially those who just had a report filed against them, to ask the current staff member if they are free to go to prevent these types of situations.

Before I give you my verdict I would like to address the fact you believe killing on suspicion is not RDM when it in fact is. Just because you suspect someone of being a traitor or committing a traitorous act does not mean you can kill them. You have to have definitive proof or catch them committing the traitorous act to kill them otherwise it is considered RDM.

Now for my verdict. As you are obviously a newer player on our servers, with only a total of 5 hours and do not know our rules very well I am willing to Accept your appeal and allow you to rejoin the server and serve your slay. However I will not be voiding it, meaning if you RDM and leave again it will count as a second offence. The reason it will not be voided is because you did RDM and leave and in the report concerning it you did not even make an effort to give a serious answer. I would advise you to look over our rules and our extended rules to better understand what is and isn't allowed on our servers. I will leave a link here for our rules and protocols. I would also recommend that you give serious answers with your side of the story when reported as it can be the difference between being slain or not.
