I guess this isn't the right place to put it but what other place would it be best to find a good GPU than a gaming community!

So basically, I'm building a new desktop and well, my budget isnt that high.
Im not looking for like Titan X quality.
Maybe somewhere around the 950 series or some shit.

So what I'm asking for is if you nerds still got your old GPU and wanting to sell it, hmu and I'll see if bargain that shit.

Or suggest a cheap GPU that's online!

    Either way works!

  2. Tell me your price range. I can go from there.

Well, I'll be getting 2k in a couple of weeks.
But I got other shit to pay..

    So.. 200-350?

  4. This is what I have, AMD doesn't really get optimization for most games, so when you play ark, you might get maybe 5-6 frames less than an nvidea, but AMD tends to run smoother with a more constant framerate I have seen.

This is my card. I would most definitally get this.

Look on newegg as well, could be cheaper there.

Whats the average rate you get on Ark?

  6. I get an average 35-38 on ark on medium. My friend has an nivdea(not too sure on which card, I know its one of the better) and he tends to go from 40-30 constantly.

Seems the GTX 950 is a good contender at $130

If your price range is 250-350, the 970 would be a good choice.

The 970 is a 65% gain in performance over the 950
