Prizes are as follows.

$20 for each player in the team that wins.
$10 for each player in the team that loses.​

 

Info:

Tournament Info:

• The tournament will be held on 04/30/16 and will start at 4PM EST
• Tournament Organizer is @hello my friend
• Referee : @hello my friend.
• The tournament will start within one hour of the given time, any team not in attendance will be disqualified with no exceptions.
• All participants are expected not to have conflicting prior obligations, you're team may be disqualified if you have to leave in the middle of a game.
• The tournament will be held in a custom game as Tournament Draft.
• Game 1 & 2 will be Best of 3.
• Game 3 & 4 will be Best of 5.
• The winners of Game 1 & 2 will face off in Game 4.
• The losers of game 1 & 2 will face off in game 3.
• Depending on the number of applicants the amount of teams may be moved up from 4 to 6 etc.
• Anyone can apply for captain, however they will be picked based on skill level to allow the teams to be even.
• If you have a full group of players there will be a separate application below.
• When creating a team application please include both players forum and league usernames.
• Prizes are to be determined.
• If any changes are made they will be posted under announcements.

Game Info:

• A referee will spectate each game to assure that both teams are following the pre-set rules.
• The tournament will be held in a custom game as Tournament Draft.
• Each team will have one pause per game, which can be done by doing /pause.
• A pause may only last for 5 minutes before the game must be resumed.
• Prior to the match starting a team will call heads or tails and a referee will flip a coin. The winner of the coin toss will pick blue or purple side for the first game.
• In the pre-game lobby each game the captains will announce their teams roles and both teams will be given a 5 minute grace period to prepare before the game starts.
• Once a set has started a player may not be subbed out unless they are required to leave due to an emergency.
• After the first game both teams will switch sides and so on for each game in that set.

Rules:

• If you sign up you MUST be available for the majority of the tournament, if you have plans tell your team so they can plan a sub in advance. If you leave and your team does NOT have a sub that signed up in the thread the team will be disqualified. There are no exceptions to this, before each game the teams playing will have a 15 minute grace after the tournament has started.
• Trash talking pre, in and post game is allowed, however insulting ethnicity, sexuality and beliefs will not be tolerated.
• Under no circumstance are outside players allowed to play in the community run tournament.

Considering I had this brought to me again, if you are from another region don't worry. I can provide accounts for this situation.

 

I was wondering because I'm level 15 my characters are kind of limited. I was wondering if I could "practice" on some alts with some characters for the tourney. I don't want to keep that alt so don't worry about that.
Also is the tourney May 16th on a Monday or April 16th on a Saturday

 

There was an alt provided for rogers during the 1v1 tournament, you can probably use one in the tournament as well.

 

I'm not worried about that, but my question is if I can get it BEFORE the tourney so I can get some practice with some characters
