That moment when you staffed for three hours on Vanilla from 11pm to 2am and you're not night staff. But as Sinzy said we did lose our Night Admins and a lot of the Night Team, sorry that it's a bit withered at the moment.
Every time we have a resignation train suddenly there's a lot of threads along this line, almost like when there's less staff there's less staff on the servers. They don't accept just anybody, that's how we ended up with @La Vie, don't want another one of those around. In order to maintain the high quality of standard in staff members each application is reviewed to find the players most suitable to be staff.
The second you left tonight it went to shit for a good hour and a half ahahahah it was soooo horrible #NoModsNoRules was trending more than Kim K's nudes

After a crushing loss of two powerful night administrators in nearly the same time frame, we are currently much weaker in the night team, and we apologize for it. We currently have 4 qualified night moderators, as shown here (http://www.seriousgmod.com/threads/staff-groups-public.7542/), and I can assure you they are doing their best to help. If the servers become unplayable due to RDM, please try your best to hop to another server while a staff member finds their way online. We will be building the night team up very slowly, to get back to where we once were, but we cannot do this without your cooperation. Thanks, Darktooth
You also can help by reporting poeple who're blatantly rdming (like mass rdm 3-4 people each round), cheating, ghosting, etc. Just use forum thread if you're felling like someone breaking the rules without moderatod/admin currentry online on the server.
