Why you should be unbanned:

Says i was banned for ghosting, but I was never warned or ever suspected of doing so. I would like to know what evidence the mod had to ban me, because I have no idea what I could've done.​

Evidence of Innocence:

I don't communicate with any other player on the servers, I'm not friends with anyone on the severs, I don't have a need to cheat, and for god's sake I'm playing on a Lenovo laptop!​

 

@Kyogre banned you for Ghosting. He will respond as soon as he can. As far as why you were banned, this report on you should point to the right direction.

 

okay, I guess i sort of understand, but the player I was talking about had already been kosed. I never said who or gave any other information other than telling him to read the chat.

 

Hey there Cavnaw.

I deeply apologize for the late response, I am currently on vacation right now and did not have time to take note of this appeal. Regardless, let's settle the matter.

Since Guilty provided the evidence as to why I banned you as well as you to confessing to what you did, allow me to explain how what you did was Ghosting. Ghosting is alerting an alive player to in-game events they are not yet aware of through use of third party chat. You do not need to tell them of the specific event in order for it to be considered Ghosting.

In this case you told the player of a KOS that he had no idea of. Which resulted in his thinking of the round to change as he was on the hunt for the player. Luckily though, he did not kill him, thus not taking this player that was KOSed round away.

Since this is a minimal case of Ghosting as it did not have a huge impact in the end and it seems to be credited to a misconception of our rules I'm going to accept this appeal as you've already served a good chunk of your ban. However, I will not be voiding your ban. This means that if you're banned for Ghosting again it will result in a much more severe punishment.
