Reason For Report:

I am reporting Kremlin Church for intentional malicious mis-use of the report system and provably false defamation of my character. He libelously states "His story evolved from seeing me kill the D to somehow waiting a long period of time before trying to kill me based off me walking past a body that was beyond plain sight." I will prove, without a doubt, that this is false defamation.

Kremlin Church: When did I ever say that I "saw you kill the D"? Provide evidence (a screenshot or audio recording) of me ever accusing you of such a thing. Immediately after you reported me and ever since then my story has been anything but inconsistent. http://www.seriousgmod.com/attachments/the-report-jpg.4104/ is a screenshot of my original response to that report. Nowhere in that screenshot do I accuse you of killing anyone.

I feel like intentional malicious mis-use of the reporting system deserves some type of punishment. When what you're stating is 100% provably an intentional lie (see the screenshot for absolute proof) and you attempting to use that lie to get someone banned, there should be a consequence. Like a global 1 week ban or something to discourage future lying in reports. Just because you can't win something doesn't mean that you should resort to lying. Or at least if you're going to lie make sure to only lie about things I am unable to prove otherwise.

Your report against me was resolved invalid, and I was going to leave it at that, but I do not take kindly to defamation of my character, so I am filing this report. This report against you is entirely grounded in observable evidence.​

I don't think we have a sort of punishment for "defamation". I mean, he just wanted to know why you killed him and after speaking with Kremlin for a while, he seems to be informed as to why he was killed making his report invalid. We don't really hand out bans for this type of problem.

 

I see the inglorious one has spoken. Instead of being a supine oaf, he has decided to get up and attempt to file a bogus forum report. Perhaps the inglorious one had a few Monster energy drinks in order to work up the stamina to challenge me.
He will not succeed, as the mask has already slipped. You were exposed in the last report and are now known as a liar. After this report you will be known as a fraud as well. Make your plea on your own website where you may sulk about the defeat you have suffered. Inglorious one, it was a pyyric victory for you at best. You came out of the brawl bruised and battered. Your face-off against me was nothing more than an arrogant rookie trying to best a seasoned champ. You have attempted to fire on all cylinders, and yet your efforts have fallen completely flat.

Maybe I'll post the evidence when you post the evidence that I "walked past" a body in a closed handicapped stall on motel. We're waiting sunshine.

All your report proved was that you killed based off suspicion or a hunch without solid evidence. 1) You did not see me kill the D. 2) You tried to kill me (and were killed a fellow inno for trying to rdm me) for not going to another location to id a body that was not even near me. Do characters on the ttt servers have x-ray vision now? How could I see a dead body through a solid wall on the other side of it?

Your report is both bogus and completely farcical.

 

@Exactly Alright, honestly I just wanted to get it out somewhere that his final message in his report against me (since the thread got locked) was entire bs. You can close this issue if this isn't the appropriate place. Sorry about that.

@Kremlin Church No, I think you should be globally banned for a short period of time for something I have proven as maliciously false in an attempt to get me banned. idgaf if you insult me.

 

Sometimes, players get on the wrong foot and it is important that the two players try to forgive each other. As shown in the original report against sephr, you two did have a conflict and it is important for players to forgive each other and break away from conflict. Yesterday, when we were on the server you two had a fire fight in mic chat. I hope you two have made up and I wish the best of luck for both of you! Have a good day!
