Why you should be unbanned:

well i was playing in the ttt server.. so in one ,round when i was detective.
first i found a traitor using a t wep then i found a guy that went over a unidentifeid body so i killed him . and i got reporp first was from the guy that went over the body , then was from one mod that i thougth that was just a player that i killed somehow but he asked why did i killed the traitor if i remember well and not the inoent that went over the body so i explain him but then he thought that i was looping or something like that , that means that i changed the reason... so i staarted to explain but when i was about to say other thing about it i just crashed from the server because i was hering to sliknot in youtube and that makes some lag some times and eventualy makes my gmod crash (somehow) then when i try to come back i had a 5 days ban...​

and btw you know that when i ask you to take the ban of its for some reason 1 day as passed but still 4 and i hope to not have to wait 4 days to some mod awnser if he can take the ban or not....

 

Hey, thanks for being so patient in waiting for my response. Unfortunately I could not respond any sooner as I had some real world things to attend to.

However lets get into this.

Spoiler: Your report

Now, I seem to have lost the screenshot of the actual report against you that I filed but you can see here that both me and the player Dembeans reported you for the same offence. The reason you received two reports was because me and the player in question spoke about the offence and I agreed that I would report you as his report window had closed. However he managed to get it open and report you shortly after.

You were reported for case of RDM involving the fact that you had killed dembeans with a jackhammer as you were the detective. You only responded to one of the reports (mine) and quoted that he had "passed an unidentified body". So you were not originally slain.

(I for some reason for the life of me cannot find the screenshot of you actually changing your answer due to me restructuring my folders. In its place I have my response to you which responds to you asking how you changed your answer)

After this, the issue came up again in chat after you asked me when you killed me. At first I did not know what you meant, but you then replied "Then why the random report?". We spoke for a while and I explained to you that I had reported you for killing dembeans as you had seemingly RDM'd an innocent as a detective. After this you replied to me stating that "he had his t sniper out". However dembeans was not a traitor, nor did he Identify any traitorous bodies that could have had the dragunov sniper. As a result of you changing your answer it became apparent to me that you did not even read the report I filed against you (Where I quoted the line of damage to you, so you could easily see that I wasn't reporting you for killing myself) and the way you became argumentative and changed your answer to such a degree (coupled with not even answering the report that dembeans filed) lead me to believe that you had indeed killed him randomly.

I also warned you that what you were doing could be seen as loopholing to avoid a slay.

Shortly after this exchange, you left the server resulting in your ban.

Now, after typing up this response and reading your appeal I have decided that I shall unban you and we can arrange for you to serve the slay through steam or on the forum. This is due to the fact that this could have quite easily been a mix up due to the multiple reports and I don't feel I have strong enough evidence to leave your ban in place, as it would feel unjust to do so without full transparency of the situation.
