die hard showed up and disregarded all the reports we made about an rdmer. even when the person admitted to it, this person never got punished. the entire room is getting frustrated. The person in question is TheDerpyPixel​

I'll go ahead and back up @Diehard01 as he calmly and respectfully explained several times why there was no action taken. The RDMer in question explained himself as well. They are salty is all.

Thanks for reporting me,
As a tried to explain to you and a number of other players all the reports against the player were invalid, At the time there were no reports against him that would have made myself issue a slay on the player.
I will place the two reports that I have against the player in a moment or two.

 

The first three reports are from the reports I was issued by two players what claimed that they were rdmed, As you from the report from Figurative Garbage, Esq. At the time he shot first in which Derpypixel shot the player.
The other report from mystic was invalid Derpypixel claimed unided body.

 

As these are the other screenshots that I have I will leave the rest to @Wex to finish up this report against me.

I'll second that report, I was getting continually RDM'd by the player Girth Brooks and @Diehard01 did absolutely nothing about it the entire time we were on the map and has yet to do anything about it.

 

As for your report the player claimed crossfire in which he killed you, I explained to you about this and the player we killed you explained that he accidently killed you in crossfire, As the screenshot will show.

 

As for the player killing you @John Doe , You took it to yourself to rdm me after this, even though I explain multi-able times to you. So I issued a slay on you, I cannot find the screenshot for this one since it wasnt take due to a computer error.

 

Is that crossfire when your fellow T kills you, goes and identifies a body, and waits another half a minute before shooting another player? Scroll up and look who damaged me that round because I didn't do a single thing that would indicate that I was a traitor. I didn't fire any of my weapons, I didn't buy any T equipment, and I didn't walk past any un-id'ed bodies, or enter any T areas. Nobody but my fellow T's had any idea that I was a T yet I was shot down to 1 HP and then died in "crossfire" when standing completely still and talking to you about how he RDM'd me the first time around on my T round when I was again standing completely still and having done nothing to indicate that I was a T and yet he killed me and you did absolutely nothing about it for 4 rounds in a row saying you were "investigating" it.

 

As a matter of fact after witnessing the events that transpired tonight on Serious TTT west I've lost any and all faith that this particular mod is even capable of doing their assigned job duties when asked upon and I've simply taken to muting him and ignoring him while in game. Even with him in the room it feels as though a set group of players are simply allowed to do whatever they wish without any repercussion and any attempt to discuss this blatant discretion is met with impudent disregard on the part of @Diehard01.

 

Well since you muted me you wouldn't of heard me explain what was currently happening at the time, As I wasn't aware that you muted me so I continued to try to explain to you what was going on.

 

Admitting RDM is not punishable.

Spoiler: Reports against TheDerpyPixel (Warning large images)

The first report is invalid due to the fact that the shot logs/damage infos does that the victim was indeed shooting moments before TheDerpyPixel starting shooting and damaging.

The second report is a case of word vs word, and it is plausible. In the screenshot below, it shows that the victim was being shot by UCantSpellSlaughterW/oLaughter who turned out to be an innocent.

The third report is a simple case of word vs word where one party claims the person walked by an unidentified body. As staff members, there is not much we can do unless it is obvious from looking at the logs or have video evidence/demo that shows the scenario clearly.

As for the crossfire situation with Girth Brooks, it is entirely possible that he could have killed you in crossfire even though there were no other targets damaged. The only way we could disprove this is if we have proper evidence such as a demo or video.

The 2nd screenshot shows that you were shot by someone else. This however, I will discuss with my moderator on reporting unreported damages/RDMs.

Moderators cannot slay if someone admits to an RDM if there's nothing in the logs that backs it up. The player could have said it jokingly or sarcastically. From the evidence given, TheDerpyPixel gave valid reasons to each of his reports.

My moderator was explaining why your report was invalid and explaining the rules in voice chat, you claim he did nothing yet you refused to listen to him?

As for the claims of him disregarding reports.

I have asked multiple people and they have informed me that Diehard01 acted professionally and explained the status of your reports clearly but the both of you refused to accept his explanation.
