i got banned for loopholing like i dont even know what that is i was just playing then boom he banned me im also banned on east for rdm and leave but there server crashed and he banned me before i could get back on.​

Hey there @dean2158, I have just gotten home, give me a few minutes to get all of the required evidence and write up my end of the appeal.

 

Alright, lets get right down to it.

On the map terror_train, I received a report for rdm by Shiro on you.

As you see, you stated that they had a T weapon.

It was from this that I asked him if he indeed had one, he said no, that he did not. I then asked you what he had, and your reply was an MP7. See below for said questions and answers.

As you can see, he didn't have an MP7, in fact, it's impossible for him to have one, as nobody had purchased one before his death. From here, I had to check in with @Falcor in order to make this ban proper, and so I did.

This concludes my end of the appeal, for now anyway. From here, I will give you some time to give your story, and after that, I will pass my final judgement on the situation.

 

Also, as I just noticed, I should state that you have been banned on EU 2, not East 2. While there is also a ban from @MyriadOfChaos for the RDM and Leave.

 

well im sorry but to me it looked like he had and mp7 is the reason i killed him sorry for the inconvince.

 

I will give you the benefit of the doubt, but I will not be voiding the ban. This means if you get caught with this kind of offense again, we will take more dire action against you as lies, as well as cheating, are not tolerated from players. I suggest you be extremely careful from now on. As for the ban from @MyriadOfChaos, that I will leave to them. As for my end, I will mark it as such:

I am currently at work at will present my evidence when I get home. I appreciate your patience.

 

It is correct i banned you for RDM and Leave 2nd Offense. I witnessed you prop kill another player and after a round i contacted the player about it and she reported you for it on round 3. She did not know who prop killed her and i informed her of who it was. She made a report on you about it which you did not respond to and after you died in round 4, you promptly left without replying to the report. There was ample time to respond and i even messaged you about it halfway into the 3rd round to which i got no response. I neglected to get a screentshot of you leaving and the damage logs only stated the world killed her. And i was not recording at the time so i do not have video footage of you committing the act. But because i witnessed it myself and you neglected to respond to the report, i had no choice but to ban you for RDM and Leave which was your second offense.

I do have a screenshot of the report you neglected to reply to which will be presented below.

As i do not have the complete proof, i will be unbanning you. That being said i will not be voiding it as you neglected to respond to the report even after being contacted by me about it.
