Why you should be unbanned:

Unreasonable ban. Unsure why I was banned in the first place.​

Evidence of Innocence:

I was not given a reason for being banned.

I was slain for pushing another player off a building (they died) which I can understand. The vote map began, we changed maps whilst I was AFK in the toilet, then I returned and the game was in session whilst I was dead.

I proceeded to quit the game as it was getting late and I just wanted to sleep.

I have no idea why I was banned. If it was for leaving whilst I was being slain, then I don't know why I would be slain a second time as I had no other reports against me.

There should at least be a ban reason so that I can see it when attempting to join the server.​

Also when you are slain, you must stay until the end of the round or else it's considered RDM and leave.

 

Even if you've already been slain and then you leave? Huh. I didn't know that was a thing.

I didn't mean to intentionally break any rules, so apologies if I did.

 

When you are slain, you must stay for the round duration of each slay.

So if you're slain 2 times, you must stay 2 full rounds before the slay is gone. You can't leave during a slay or else you'll receive a ban like this.

Anyway, Exclusive will take over and explain to you the reason behind the slay, and when you left. Please be patient

As I can see you're confused, I can help you with that. You were slain for pushing someone off a high point and killing them.

It seems to me that you are confused about when to leave after given a slay.

After a slay is issued you must stay for the entire round.

 

Okay, the slay itself is valid - I understand why I was slain.

I was not aware players had to stay the entire round after being slain, and I have a habit of returning from the bathroom or getting something from another room and quitting Gmod to do other tasks, so left during the slay.

However - I'm pretty sure I've learnt my lesson after just 3 out of 5 days banned. I'd understand making me wait until the ban period ends had I left the server knowing that I had to stay, but in these circumstances I don't think that's necessary. If you disagree, there's always the Minecraft 24/7 server that'll be my home for the next 48 hours, so no worries

 

Unfortunately, I have to deny this appeal, I understand that it may have been a mistake. But we can't have everyone claiming they "left for other tasks" when they have a slay on them. The slay's are issued to take a round from you, just like the player you took it from. So if you leave to get food, go to the bathroom, or get something from another room it defeats the purpose.

Next time you leave, just ask the staff member online if you're good to go.
