"Banned by Haruka Suenaga for Mass RDM 3+"

Someone called me to a body at the back of the train with 4 others crowded near it. So I quickly scanned the DNA off of the body without looking at the corpse, and immediately killed the person whose DNA it held. Turns out the body was a Traitor and I had just killed an Inno, which was an honest mistake. The other Detective then starts harassing me over mic "you're so retarded for doing that, kill yourself" so I killed him out of frustration and the fact he wasn't getting gagged. I don't deny that that was RDM and was prepared to take a slay.

I believe this ban was uncalled for because I was not mass RDMing. I had been playing on the server for 2 hours leading up to this. I received 2 slays and was sitting the rounds out when I got a 24 hour ban out of nowhere.​

and since you did take the dna off the Traitor's body to kill the inno,and this was the first valid report against you.

as you can see from the 2nd report you admitted to killing your detective buddy and u got the slay for it too and since i did not hear the harassment at the time and you didnt tell me about how the guy was harassing you.

You crowbarred a random guy at the start of the round,seeing that as it was the start of the round,you would not have a single reason as to why you would crowbar him for a total of 40 damage.
As such you were banned from the server for Mass RDM 3+.

i am denying this ban appeal,it is just a 1 day ban and we have 6 other servers you can play on.

 

Really? Crowbar at the start of the round counts toward mass RDM? It was from pre-round and I stopped when I realized the round started.

I had no time to report anything because I was banned during the next round. Besides even if you weren't there to hear it, you can see proof of it right there in his report message. Also worth noting, I was RDM'd the prior round by ifavila for "holding a discombob" and I forgave him.

Sure it's only a 1 day ban. But why would I want to play on any of your other servers when I'll just get ganged up on by your VIPs?

 

ganged up by VIPs? except for whaleton who is a vip which you killed,the other players you damaged/killed are not vips.

you sure he killed u for holding a discomb and not for the discomb you threw earlier at 3:22?
im more inclined to believe that you were purposely using the discomb to tbait other people into killing you then "forgiving" them after they killed you,other than tbaiting why do you need to use the discomb as a innocent player?

 

Yes, exactly. Because it was a VIP that I killed the situation escalated and he was very vocal and snarky about it in chat post-round.

That discombob did not leave my hands or go off until after I died. It was in my hand and I was facing the interior of a train car that shots a deathcries came from. I don't know how he knew I was holding down the discombob but regardless I forgave and didn't report him because it was understandable. I digress, that's beside the point. I think it's ridiculous I got banned for that one round when I was going to take the slays.
