I vouch for Whaleton (My name is Cuddles in-game). My demo was also unable to catch Gaylord's name on the top left (I need to learn how to fix that) but the people in the chat were able to confirm he was mic spamming as they suggested to mute him.

I apologize for the delay that it took for us to get to this report. @Sinz and I have talked over this report, and in regards to the evidence provided. Since this player's Spam was excessive and he was indeed asked to stop multiple times, I'll be banning this player for said Mic Spam now. So for that I'll go ahead and mark this report as completed.
