Candy was harassing a user who had a common Russian name, she also felt the need to false kick him.​

I was instructed by @Wex to kick this player from West 2 because he refused to change his name. He was also highly harrasive on West 2 when I played, specifically talking about doing physical harm to @Candycaneore. @zomborg as witness

Holocaustovich Isaliev is not a common russian name:
Holocaust (ovich) Is a lie (v) is what the name means and why him having it is a problem on our servers.

 

I highly doubt this player did "nothing" to deserve to be kicked. His name is rude, he's being a troll on purpose.
I doubt he only started talking poorly/threatening candy when he hopped servers.

I can produce a recording of his attitude and choice of words if necessary, but he is by no means innocent and this report is definitely invalid.

 

That is false, this "mod" came on and started harassing this player who was minding his own business, we were all having fun, nobody was bitching about it. It's a common Russian name and to punish someone for their culture is cruel and not in any way shape or form okay. Candy was very rude about the matter as well. The video shows her disability to even listen to anyone else or the actual person himself, we all tried to inform her that it is his REAL NAME given to him BY HIS PARENTS. This is ridiculous and I cannot see candy go unpunished. This is as stupid as saying "candy your name is offensive because people die of obesity change it please."

I would also like to note in the video how the entire server is protecting the abused user.

 

Might as well lock this before the IQ drops in the negatives from this kid.

 

When I asked him to change it he said that he was using a name from a Russian General. Which when fact checked was false information.

I would like to ask for evidence that my Moderator was harassing the user. Do you have any evidence to this? The name of the player is pretty vulgar and personally, I would have kicked him from the server as well. Do you have absolute proof that this name is common in Russia? Cause I doubt Russians have the term "Holocaust" in their name.

 

The video shows her (im assuming intentionally) bitchy voice talking down to him just because of his Russian heritage.

 

Really? Because I watched the video several times and I don't see any ounce of harassment. Do you have any other pieces of evidence?

 

I'd say this case is pretty open and shut. I also highly suggest you watch your attitude before you get yourself a forum ban on top of this inevitably invalid report.

 

I think I let this drag out long enough. Considering there has been no ounce of harassment found in the video and the fact that she was in line with the protocol of the Staff team, this report on my Moderator, @Candycaneore , has been found invalid. If you do gather evidence pertaining to this case, feel free to pm me on the forums.
