Alright let's get to the point then. Your patience is appreciated.

So here's the rundown of things. We were playing on the map Concrete B3 while I happened to come across the following report on Round 2:

Now as you can see with your reasoning in the report itself along with what you said on the ban appeal itself which was the following:

I then checked for the full logs only to see this:

As you can see, you claimed that you had seen him sniping on the report itself and on the appeal you're claiming he killed an innocent. Now the problem with that logic is that not only did he not kill any players prior to you damaging him. He wasn't shooting any guns prior to you shooting him according to the damageinfos. So both claims would be proven false when matched with the logs that you can see above. I then placed a slay on you for said RDM only to have you leave, as you can see here, almost immediately afterwards. I waited for your return to no avail. I then had to ban you for RDM and Leave Second Offense soon afterwards. I'll leave this open for your response, and then decide the verdict on this appeal.

 

well i must have heard a difrent person shoting but he was baracadid in the room have you ever seen an ino bericaded in a room while sniping

 

the reson i left is because my game crashed wich was strange

 

my computer is not the best it somtimes crashes for no reason but rarely

 

Thanks for the responses, I'll be giving my final comments now.

Let's clear some things up before I decide the verdict on this appeal:

• Barricading a room is not Traitorous in any way unless the player in question happens to be inside of a Traitor Room. Meaning that this is not enough grounds to kill a player on.

• Secondly, you thought he shot meaning that you were not sure if he did indeed shoot a rifle. The moment that you think that something happened is when it is kill based on suspicion. If you had seen him shooting players or at the direction of players then that would've been a Traitorous Act meaning that you can kill him. As you can see in the screenshots I had shown previously in the spoilers, damageinfos and the logs show he hadn't fired any guns nor did he shoot any players prior to you shooting him. This is what resulted in the kill being RDM.

With that said, seeing as this kill was an improper one I will be denying this appeal considering that you left almost immediately when the slay was placed. As I said, I gave you a full round to return only to see you not come back. So if your game did indeed crash, I did give you a fair amount of time to return to the server. The ban is only a local ban meaning that you can play on any other of our servers as you wait for this one to expire. I will warn you, that if you happen to RDM and Leave again sometime soon, it will result in a four week ban. It would be of much aid to you if you went over our rules and extended rules so that you're able to familiarize yourself with our protocol and rules in order to aid you in the future.
