Why you should be unbanned:

I joking changed my name to Nobody... Nobody cared for a while but after I got t people started caring. A mod told me to change my name so I changed it to Nubody, also as a joke. The mod got angry at me again so I changed it to Newb-ody. Newb-ody is a name that is not trolling it was my actual previous name. So I got banned for listening to the admins and making a few jokes which everyone found funny except for the admins, the one that banned me in particular must have been really angry but he never told me that he was angry at me for changing my name.​

Evidence of Innocence:

I would also like to add that I changed my name several times in between changing it to newbody and nubody.

@Noctorious Sorry for being inpatient but its been 30 minutes and the only screen shots there are is of me changing my name which I would imagine isn't hard to get.

To start, in our rules it is against the rules to have a confusing name

So, seeing a name that is obviously confusing "Nobody", I told you to change it before the next round started. I thought it would be very obvious that if a staff member has a problem with your name, you shouldn't have a name close to that.

You did change it a couple of times before the next round:


Choosing other confusing names, showing you knew what you were doing. When the next round started you had the name "Nubody" not enough of a change to prevent confusion. I then kicked you for having a confusing name.

You then rejoined with ANOTHER name close to the original "Nobody" phonetically. I then discussed with the admin @Muffin what to do with this situation as you started sending me messages demanding I respawn you (a power moderators don't even have) and claiming that I was abusing my power:


After that the admin Muffin agreed you should be banned for your trolling, and told me to ban you for 24hours.


If @Muffin reviews this and sees something wrong with how I handled it I will overturn the ban. But as it stands, this appeal is denied. Your friend deciding to mass RDM because you were banned does not help your case either.

 

I never knew admins couldn't respawn people and I was also joking about the abuse thing. I changed my name to Newb-ody because it is not confusing at all... unless the person that is reading it is mentally challenged. Also I didn't know about troll names till you told me about it because it doesn't say it in the rules unless you go ding around the freaking website... ALSO NO WHERE IN THE RULES DOES IT SAY TROLLING IS BAN-ABLE! SO I WOULD LIKE TO BE UN-BANNED BY 5:00 pm at the latest please... Don't try and say it is disrespect either because I respected the admin so much that I changed my name like 15 times for him... @Muffin @Noctorious
