She banned me for a day for death avoiding 3 times when 3 offences did not occur. i was present and activating traps during two of them​

Actually Senpai you did death avoid. I do remember you getting kicked, in which alone should have been enough for you to realize; "hey maybe I should stop." But whatever you decided to do it again and got banned. It honestly makes sense what happened to you. Yes this all happened shortly before I went AFK and also I am quite sure she even said something in TS to you aswell. That's my whole spiel in a nutshell.

 

Specific maps: End of Mix Madness to Docks.
Rounds: Any round where Senpai was death during those maps.

During Mix Madness, you were death twice (in a short amount of time). Over the course of those rounds, I witnessed no traps being pressed, received messages from other people informing me about the "AFK death" in question, and started spectating the death, Senpai. For the majority of the time, she wasn't even moving/barely moving and made no attempts to press traps for the remaining runners who went past. When the round ended, and a mini game was chosen, Senpai became active, but made no effort to kill remaining runners (walking around, but no attempt at attacking) for the minigames that deaths would be able to kill the runners. The following round after your "death round", you instantly became active as a runner, which leads me to believe the death avoid was intentional.

The first offense lead to a slay, to which I typed in chat explaining that you had death avoided, and that is a no-no, so to speak.
The second offense lead to a kick, with the reason given being "Death Avoid". To this, you instantly reconnected, but did not dispute or mention the past two offenses, indicating to me that you understood the reasoning and accepted the punishment.
*cue map change to Docks*
Prior to the third offense's punishment officially being given, I told you in TeamSpeak that you were death this round, after you appeared AFK in start (as can be viewed by runners as well as me spectating). You might not have heard me, which is fine. The round continued, and you showed little activity and no attempt to even press a single trap or run after the runners. You did however provide enough activity so that you weren't sent directly into spectate. As soon as a runner finished the map, you became active once more, but again made no attempt to kill the runners.
After that, the third offense lead to the dreaded 24h ban.

Note: I don't know for sure if they will remember this event, as I have not yet personally spoken to them about it. But, they were online during this time, if that helps any.

As you know you are not allowed to death avoid on Deathrun. From LadyLag, Yatty, and kam2pro4u's responses I have come to the conclusion that LadyLag has followed protocol and did not abuse her powers.

Due to this, the report against my moderator @LadyLag has been found to be Invalid.
