Reason For Report:

While walking on a roof I was looking directly at Ravin and he was looking directly at me with a sniper rifle out. I began getting shot and heard loud sniper fire. I spun around to see if it was someone else, but nobody except Ravin was looking at me, and nobody at all reacted to me being killed, so I started calling Ravin out as a T. Ravin was a T, but he slayed me at the end of the round for "ruining his T round".

Instead of filing this under "shit happens", which is where it belongs as with 99% of stuff that happens in TTT, he opted to slam the revenge button. I have no doubt that if I had called out any other person on the roof, this would not have happened.

I don't expect anything to be done and I don't care, but for future record, I do not believe Ravin is capable of impartial judgement.​

Hey Donald, Thanks for taking time to file this report.

First, let us start off with your KoS on me. I was on the roof alone. On another Roof, @Sarkastix was using a DragonSVU shooting people. I had been by myself for sometime and then finally jumped up on the ledge to peek around at what was going on. I didn't even know you had KoS'd me because another Inno ran up and shot me. Confused, I asked why as I had been sitting alone.

The map was Concrete, with multiple spots shots could come from.

Me looking at you doesn't mean I was shooting you, nor did I ever shoot you. Sark was sniping the whole time. I will go ahead and bring him in as he was a T and he was the one shooting with the DragonSVU, but at no point did I shoot you. When you replied to the report, you claimed, "I don't know why you reported me when you were a T". Just because I am a T doesn't suddenly validate your kill. When I tried to explain it to you, you said, "Fuck this, you can't slay me, I will just leave." and then you left.

Ill let @Sarkastix give his reply and then my Lead, @Darktooth to wrap up here. But at no point did I have a sniper, nor fire at anyone.

First off,let me just say that this report is false.

Ravin was not the one sniping on the roof, it was rather myself. I was using the SVU.

Just because Ravin had a sniper out doesn't mean that it was him. I shot you mutiple times which may have confused you.

I was watching Ravin and he did not fire a single shot. He slayed you for the right reasons.

You've also decided to ban me for a week because I left the server to avoid escalating this. I guess you really, really wanted to have the last say.

I didn't really expect anything to be done about this but I also didn't expect you to react by trying to purge me from the server. I only filed this report so that in the future when more egregious mistakes are made this is on your list.

If you want to serve your slay, I will happily unban you. But at not point did I ban you because I wanted to do it or just "decided too."



Just ask a staff member to issue a slay on you on another server, serve it, and ill unban you but not void it.

I did not kill anyone. Accusing me of RDM and leave is bogus. You've invented new rules on the fly.

This is the worst aspect of TTT. All I want to do is play a video game and unwind and I have to shift through more documents and litigation than in my job.

Why do I have to deal with this? I called out a T that happened to be a different T than the one who killed me, and instead of going "haha whoops" you want to make it a complicated issue involving word choice and "sentencing". Like for real, this is pants on head.

This is precisely why I think you're incapable of making impartial judgement because if this had happened to me I'd just laugh it off.

 

I am unsure why you said I make up rules on the fly. These are core rules we have listed. You shot me because you assumed I had shot, when I didn't. Which is RDM.

While in good humor I like to laugh and joke about things, you did ruin a players round, and left right after it without giving me time to explain anything to you.

You can review our rules listed here and the extended rules for deeper clarification. But you can't just kill a T on an assumption they had shot you, when they didn't.

My offer still stands to serve your slay and be unbanned, but judging by your replies I don't think you see what you had done was RDM.

Ravin was 100% correct in banning and slaying you, for you had called a false KOS on a person who had done nothing wrong. Your reasons for the KOS were not correct, which lead to the "Random Deathmatching", or RDM for short.
