After that, I decided to explain to him that shooting a window is not kosable. You have to shoot towards a player. His reasoning for killing me was the fact that I was shooting while I had players close by around me.

In that video, you can see me shooting again at the window. You'll then see predator come around to this side of the roof. He obviously sees me shooting again at the glass. When he appears above the glass, I completely stop shooting. However, he again disregards that and chooses to kill me.

I'm inviting @Predator to give his side of the story, regardless of the proof that I've provided.

 

Okay, so the first clip shows you repeatedly shooting up at the ledge, when I came out of the window below and shot you. Picture this from my angle, and then question why you were shooting repeatedly at a window? Purposely T-baiting or?

The second clip shows the chat, in which I generally explained that shooting near players is KOSable, not knowing whether there were players there or not, it was still right above me, and a location where another player could of easy appeared from. Which also brings me back to question, why were you shooting there? Because at this point it appears to be blatent t-baiting with bad intentions.

The third clip shows me killing you when you were once again shooting there, so I again killed you for the same reason.

Same for the fourth clip, you kept t-baiting so I continued to kill you, MIND I MENTION you failed to provide the footage of the person you killed whilst doing this. Which you continued to do it after, which brings me back to ask, why were you shooting at the window? Was it purposely T-baiting? Were the intentions just to get something against me? Even after you had killed someone by doing this you carried on and went out of your way to file a report against me? when in all you were shooting in an area in which you would of had no control if someone walked forward a couple foot. Your angle for shooting makes it so you would not of seen the players come forward which could of been the same reason you killed another player when he came from the area you were shooting.

I 'failed' to provide it due to the fact that it does not pertain to this report. After our conversation in the second video, I had told you that I'll be doing the same exact thing that round. At that point, cowman decided to be a troll and jumped into the shot, which I was then killed for. As you can tell by the short conversation shown in the video between me and cowman, you can tell that he purposely did that. While that was not my intention to begin with, I'll definitely take a slay for that. However, just because that occurred in one round simply does not mean that you can kill me all other rounds for that.


Anyways, as a response to the rest of what you said: The only thing in question here is the definition of T baiting. We each apparently have a different definition for it, so at this point, I'll allow a staff member to provide the final response (Unless if you have anything else to add).

 

Oh, I'll also add @CowMan in case if he wants to include input on what happened during that video.

I had intentionally jumped into Wompzilla. He didn't intentionally kill me.

 

The point I was making was that if he wasn't shooting for no reason, that wouldn't of happened. But it was hilarious none the less

 

Hey there @Predator, after reviewing the videos, it's apparent that @Wompzilla wasn't T-baiting anybody and was only shooting at a window, and based off your responses you knew this too. Yes him shooting the windows wasn't needed, but since he wasn't shooting near anyone, it isn't t-baiting so your kills against him weren't valid.

The problem with this statement is that you didn't see any players there (and from the videos, nor was there anyone up there) so it wasn't T-baiting and was a kill off suspicion on your part. Which leads me to my next question.

You were banned a few months ago for loopholing that expired late November/early December and you clearly know the definition of t-baiting, so why did you continue to kill him twice when it was clear there were no players there?

 

Well @Predator considering you haven't responded to my question despite me posting this on Tuesday and not hearing anything back from you (even though you were on Wednesday) I will be marking this report complete. You were loopholing around the t-baiting rule and you should've learned from your mistakes considering you were banned recently for loopholing recently. Don't do this again and be more careful after you come back from your ban
