Why you should be unbanned:

I did nothing wrong. My T buddies got killed by my C4 and then I was banned for 5 days.​

Evidence of Innocence:

I don't need evidence because you can't rdm with C4 as a traitor.​

Alrighty, hello and good day to you Mr.Spiderman I hope you're doing swell so I'm just going to get straight to the point.
There were two reports on you, one resulted as invalid due to your C4 killing him and the second deemed valid due to you killing your Traitor buddy with a fragmentation grenade and NOT the C4, I can however see how you would get confused with that.
In that event I had Private Messaged you in-game telling you that the second report was a frag, unfortunately you must not have seen my messages and left soon after.

Well there isn't much to say, so I guess I'll serve my time.

 

Is that all you have to say for yourself, because I am impressed with your record since it is relatively clean and the last ban was recorded in 2014 and your slays are minimal. Do you at least have a reason for the fragmentation kill, because if so, depending on your response, I would be more then happy to lift the ban and, again depending on your response, let you serve the slay or not. I eagerly await your response.

I saw an innocent who appeared to be in a room by himself in a the corner of a room. He was staying behind cover and wasn't looking my direction, so I threw a frag at him and ran. I don't remember seing any of my t buddies in the room, but apparently one of them was killed by it. I'm not sure if he ran in at the last second, or if he was there the whole time and I didn't see him. That's my story.

 

Thank-you for taking the time to make an Appeal and for taking the time to make your responses, in light of the new information provided by you I cannot lift the ban for the following reason: You did not warn your Traitor buddies about throwing the fragmentation grenade and therefor that is considered RDM.
