Why you should be unbanned:

I got "rdm & leave" banned couse i did 16 hits with growbar, not killing him on someone for hitting me with his growbar first. He did not report me for that, admin did. I did answer to that admins report that the guy hit me first. He didnt answer to me. And 3 peaceful rounds later, i left the game, but when i today came back, i had the 5 day ban. I dont have much evidence, since i believed i hadnt done anything wrong, witch i still do.​

I didnt record the gameplay, or take any screenshots. I didnt know i would get banned for that.​

You were indeed banned for RDM and leave 1st while we were playing on Village where you and another player were crowbar fighting. I'll tag @Diehard01 As he may also have evidence for this ban.


Okay so we'll start with screenshot number 1 which is a damagelogs screenshot involving you crowbaring another player. As you can see from this screenshot you actually are the one to initiate the crowbaring. This however isn't the slay you left on, this is just further evidence to solidify my claim.

In screenshot 2 you are seen crowbaring someone with much more convincing nature in the context of RDM. This is the screenshot where you claim he hit you first but according to my logs this just isn't the case. I must add also that this portion of damagelogs is directly locked to your name and therefore any damage involving you, given or taken, would show up.

This screenshot shows the report I made against you for this and your response. To which you claim he started a crowbar fight, now lets keep in mind shane was also slain for hitting players with crowbar earlier, and since in this situation he never actually hit you, you were slain.

In this last screenshot this just shows you leaving the game slain, so you were aware it was there.

Based on all of this, I would like you to reply with your reasoning for crowbaring him and leaving with a slay. You can't claim he hit you first.

 

I didnt notice i had a slay. Im sorry for wasting your time.

I'd still like to know the reason why you hit someone with your crowbar before I make a final decision on this appeal.

 

Before i hit him he tried to hit me. Indeed he did miss. But yea sorry for wasting your time.

 

Well, based on this information I am going to have to deny this appeal.

Please be more careful in future when damaging people randomly, you have to understand that we act on what we are provided with.

The ban is only local so feel free to play on any of the other servers until the ban is finished!
