Why you should be unbanned:

- It was a Mass RDM round, at night, and several innocents were killing each other. So if I'm suspected of RDM then its due to my self-defense.
- It was lagging, my internet goes off after 9O PM. So, I had to leave the game otherwise I would just stay and get slays if I was reported for RDM. Since, Its a Ban for 14 days (What offense is this? Not often, for me, RDM & Leave is a 5 day's ban (1st) )
- Even if the Innocents were really Innocents. They would eventually open fire at me because, like I said, It was a Mass RDM round at night.
- "This is the first time I have ever killed an Innocent" . I heard this in voice-chat in-game when I was playing. So, that again proves that it was a RDM round and my turn to be RDMed would be the 'second' time for these players, If they ever RDMed me.
- Its a routine for players to RDM each other when the moderator is not online. Not saying that its right to RDM, but if a player is RDM'ing then...
- There were 'KOS' called out by a few players. So, following them and then finding a Innocent killed was an "Honest Mistake" or "A False KOS" too late.
- Although it was an RDM round. I do admit that I had RDMed but it wasn't carried out to some great extent. Most of them, like I said, were 'Honest mistakes' and 'False KOSed' and "Self-Defense"

The MOD who banned me is online, but isn't replying to this.

 

It can take time for a moderator to gather their evidence and type a response to an appeal as they need to ensure they have everything that is required. It is also possible that they are not near their computer (say they are on mobile, or they are at work) and thus cannot respond right now as they do not have access to their evidence. I banned you yesterday for RDM and Leave 2nd offense. Here's the report and logs.

You admitted to killing jasonandfly on suspicion, just because you heard shooting and saw that he had low health. You can clearly see that he lost 73 health by fall damage 3 seconds before you killed him.

For future reference, killing on suspicion is not allowed. You need to have proof of a traitorous act.

I'm going to unban you after you serve your slay, but not void the ban. The reason I am is because this is not a malicious attempt of RDM, and there could have been 30 minutes passing by the time I got online in round 5.

Message me on this website when you want to serve your slays. I need to get ready for work so I won't be online for another hour.
