Reason For Report:

In this game @Harry Potter was with us downstairs and a guy tried to Jihad, I then shot and killed him. I then try to give the Det his Jihad, and Harry (also an Inno) picks it up and runs away, it's clear it is harry. So I tell Det Harry took jihad. He then came downstairs and shot me dead, then got caught in T trap to drown and he Jihads, using the Jihad I had said he took. So he shot and killed me for what he says is valid reason. Which he clearly makes a T act and kills me for it. Video and damage log below.​

So first you said in chat you said

So as you can see you said I took a Jihad There for Implying i did a traitorous act while you did not say ''KOS Harry Potter'' you said something that other players can use to kill me because you said i did a t act which implies a KOS. To my understanding of the rules if you say somone did a t act you have the right to kill them. The reason for this being my understanding is because a while ago i thought someone was loopholing but @BmTron said ''Saying that someone does a traitorous act in Public chat is a valid reason to kill'' If anyone wants a pic i have one. then you proceded to pm me saying I ''blatantly rdmed you'' as shown here

So i have been told by players and former staff it was a jerk move but it was allowed.

 

After reviewing the video and reading over both sides and speaking to @Muffin to confirm my information. This report is not valid.

The moment you call someone out for having a T weapon, you are also KoSing this player because of our rule, "Having a T weapon is a Traitorous act." At any point in time, a player can then shoot and kill them, in this case, Harry. While it is clear your intent is not to KoS him, his reasoning for killing you is valid because you had called a KoS on him under the rule, "Possession of a Traitor Weapon." This applies to the other Traitorous Acts such as "He shot at me" or "He shot me." You give the server the right to kill said player, effectively KoSing this person.

Can I just get a quick or easy explanation how Him committing a T act in order to kill an Inno was not a form of RDM. I just seen that as a T bait in essence, get called out to kill whoever called him out. He had reason to kill for the kos, yet it was valid. He did pick that jihad and it resulted in the loss of my life as an inno by an inno for committing no wrongs on my part whatsoever

 

I never said you had any wrongdoings. You had every right to shoot him, if you so choose to do so, you did not. He had every right to shoot you. He choose to do so.

As you have taken time to look at this thread a few times and not replied when you said you were going to, I will go ahead and lock and mark the report invalid.

In closing Apocalypse_God, as a former moderator you know we have limited resources in handling with these types of reports for single cases of RDM, please use this thread before filing a report in the future.

I am unsure due to your screenshots if you were attempting to hint Harry was loopholing, personal, or seemed to be having a bad day, but there was no RDM in this report.
