Why you should be unbanned:

Firstly,I was AFK(spectator) when this happened, so I am legit not sure why I was banned,I suspect it was RDM and leave since it's a 5 day ban, and I haven't RDM before hand so yeah...
Anyway, since I was AFK(spectator) I couldn't have RDM-ed let alone leave after NOT doing so.
So yeah that's pretty much it.​

Hey Shadow, thank you for taking some to discuss your ban today. Wex is correct, I had banned you on EU2 for RDM and Leave, 1st earlier today.

As you can see from your report, I had gone through the logs and found you had as a Detective thrown and damaged someone with an Incendiary. You did not reply and did disconnect shortly after, I was forced to issue a ban.

You have well over one hundred hours on the server, only three slays. I would like to know why you had done this. As you claim you were spectating, as you were not clearly by the damage shown here, I would like to have you tell me a second time what happened with a little bit more detail before I decide to keep your ban or not.

Well to be completely honest with you,I was joking around,and threw it for fun,I did hear someone getting damaged,but since I didn't get the notification about being reported I guessed he didn't report me for damaging him and so I must've gone offline,ironically I always get slain for derpy things,meaning either by killing on accident or something like this,what I am trying to say is that it was not intentional and since I didn't get an notification I left thinking I was free to go.

 

You do understand by doing things randomly, if you do damage them, it is still considered RDM, Right? I would like you to try and refrain from this in the future, okay?

 

I do realize it is RDM,that's why I told you that I didn't get a notification about being reported(if I had gotten one I would've waited for the slay then leave or go into spectator mode),and yes I will refrain from doing it in the future(I usually do since it's considered a traitorous act to begin with).

 

In the future, before you disconnect please use the @ sign to speak with staff and ensure you are free to go. As the report was filed, and even if it wasn't, if the damage was there and we find it and you leave, it would be considered RDM and Leave.

That being stated, you did not provide me a good enough reason to void your ban, but your clean history convinces me to lift your ban. This means your next ban will be RDM and Leave 2nd, if it continues.
