Why you should be unbanned:

Banned for offensive name. Name was "BigDickBandit" then changed to "BigDikBandit"then "BigDeeBandit" all of which were apparently inappropriate to the great mod lost.ouija. How is this offensive? Pretty much harassed by lost.ouija ever since he joined. I have atleast 500-800 hours just on serious ttt servers alone and not once have I had a problem with my name. But since lost.ouija joined today it's been hell trying to play on my favorite server. He not only slayed me for playing with props in a closed room with another person who was also messing around with props but has kicked me multiple times for my "offensive name". There were multiple people on my side and threatened to kick me and others for simply discussing the matter. This is ridiculous. I'm just trying to have fun. The Christmas spirit is in full effect!

~ not to mention he banned the guy I was playing with props with for "RDM and Leave" when he left thinking he did nothing wrong. No warnings were given and slapped with a 5 day ban for playing with props in a closed room. I think the player banned for 5 days was "Sonny" not sure though.​

Evidence of Innocence:

Banned for offensive name "BigDickBandit", "BigDeeBandit", and "BigDikBandit". Non are even remotely close to offensive and actually are humorous. He disregarded other actual offensive names like "Booty Fuhrer" etc. Clearly just a targeted attack/harassment to someone he apparently doesn't like.​

Hello Bandit, let us get right into this issue. Now, you were reported by a player and I asked him further the issue with the name and he found it offensive to him as his parents were to see they would be upset with it and asked for it be changed on that grounds. You decided to press the issue and keep it which resulted in your kick. I will let these images of the event speak a little for themselves now.

At this point you change it to a name you see me agree with here saying it is better. Dee was not an issue. You still responded with much animosity.

On top of this you leave and return the game with the same name I kicked you for, which warrents a Ban, but with your game nature at present, I gave you a second kick

Already you were given more Grace then was needed here. And you proceed yet more

Now with this entire issue it was your refusal to adhere to a simple rule of changing it. For this, I remain to keep this player banned and to DENY this appeal. I gave you more of a chance for your time here to make that simple change.




As for you and the other player, you both were trying to prop kill each others as Inno, which I ran across in my recording even. The two of you just trying to RDM one another. I reported on the damage you did and slayed you. I then reported him as well, in which no response was given, and 30 second later he left the game, thus warranting his RDM and Leave Ban for 5 days as a 1st offense.

 

What a joke. That guy sounded like he was 21 and we've had countless problems in the past. He doesn't like me and it seems like hes a friend of yours. Not to mention he was going to see his girlfriend in an hour. My name isn't offensive. In one of your pictures there's a guy with the name fuckkkkkk boi. Please do your actual job and use common sense. First time I've EVER had this problem with over 500+ hours on this server.

 

Regardless of what that other guys Life Circumstances were, he asked you to have it changed and the reason was given. Instead of accepting that prompt from a Moderator you refused and tried to bring in server toxicity including harassing me over the issue that was very clear. With all I see here this report is concluded as follows

I'll be unlocking this thread, as the users name wasn't necessarily one that needed a change in the first place: SkilledSquid was trolling the both of you.

@Guilty will look into this further, and @SkilledSquid please respond with why you did this.

I will be accepting this appeal due to the name not even being remotely offensive. As I stated in your report, I would like to sincerely apologize for my moderator's actions and this won't happen again. I hope this didn't put a damper in your time in this server and your ban will be voided from your record as well.
