Why you should be unbanned:

I was banned for being "Toxic" towards another mod who gagged me without any warnings for something that is constantly looked over by himself and other mods. I can't do what a lot of other players do because of my history which is what I want to focus on. Most of my bad history is like 2 years old. My recent history was complete and utter confusion to me because I was new on the server.
But I want to talk about this ban which was completely ridiculous. At first I was on a server that was being moderated by lost. People were upset at him for him doing slays un-properly or something, it didn't pertain me so I didn't care. He gagged me for talking about jizzing into hats, whilst we were dead I might add, and a lot of people were conversing about it. Then he gagged me and I called lost garbage. After that I didn't call him any thing else because he warned me. Then I was on top of one of the shelves from dolls and we were in a konga line and getting shot at, at the head of the konga line wouldn't move, so I yelled for him to get out of the way. Didn't curse or anything, was just a little bit into the game and he gagged me, then banned me.
So I go to the other server, and wasn't causing any problems, just playing the game. Then an admin with the name of Guilty hops, crazy how he hop'd on just as I did right? I don't really know what he banned me for because I wasn't being toxic at all. If anything it was argueing, which even then it didn't seem like a big deal. He bans me for toxicity due to my history which I don't have a history of toxicity, just mic spam and a whole bunch of other things I'm not proud of because I didn't take the server seriously a couple years ago or what ever.
I think some one is making a thread on Guilty, they don't really have to. I don't know him but apparently he knows me.

I watched it like 3 times and can't see where this guy decides to switch from informing me of my history and telling me how much of a terrible person I am, to straight banning me for toxicity.​

Since I am tagged I will share my side of the story. As Bryan says it all started when he was banned by Lost. While Bryan and I were both talking about explicit material involving men and a hat, Bryan was gagged and muted for a whole round without warning and is eventually banned by lost for a reason I was unable to witness (I was setting up a demo and it disconnected me). Where it gets meaty is when Bryan went to East 2. I entered after Guilty got on and decided to start recording a demo because I knew Bryan's so called "history" gives him a negative connotation. From what I can tell (And the Demo proves this) is Bryan was not being toxic at all and Guilty was being the toxic one. He refused to listen to Bryan or hear him out at all which surprised me since Admins should be cool, calm and collected. To me that is outside of the character an admin should be, whilst Bryan was being extremely Civil opposed to his "history" Guilty was talking about. The banned seemed completely illegitimate and I believed proper action should be taken. (-Snip- just realized this wasn't a report). There are plenty of people who witnessed and partook in the conversation and if you were to ask anyone who was on they would most likely tell you a story similar to mine and Bryan. The Demo has the names of those on the server at the time just in case a moderator or an admin would like to tag them. (Link went bad for some reason you can get the Demo Here)

 

As I entered the server upon my Moderator messaging me and explaining the situation regarding you and several other players, I chose to take a look at your history once he had banned you for Mic spam. Interestingly enough, you have quite a few mic spam bans (some of which weren't that long ago). Below will have a screenshot of your admin stats.

As you can see, you have quite the history as far as our bans go. Many staff members also did not have many positive things to say about you and in fact, you were viewed in a negative limelight as far as how you acted on the servers. I entered the servers and you start to badmouth @lost.ouija in the presence of another Moderator, @LegitCake . From there, you and I had a chat (your demo doesn't work by the way) and we had a chat about the whole situation. The fact that you also decided to insult my Moderator in front of me was appalling and as a result, I asked what happened. After you explained, I told you about your history and from that point, you proceeded to call the staff biased due to acting on your history. The problem with your argument is that through your time on the servers, your history only continued to grow more extensively in a negative light. I mentioned your history while we had our discussions and eventually after it was clear that your attitude was very negative/not showing any remorse for your actions, I chose to ban you for toxic behavior considering your history of mic spam and negative behavior as noted by several members of our staff.

Just a note: Mic spam can and is considered as toxic if done constantly over time, which is something that several players have brought up in the server as shown in @Sir Ceil 's demo as well as your own history clearly shows. I viewed the demo of how I acted and as a whole, the part of the recording that had the discussion you and I had shows that you and several other players were badmouthing the staff. I was informing you of the history and when you tried to explain, I said there was no need as I was already planning to extend your ban once @lost.ouija requested it. I just wanted the explanation on why you chose to act the way you did with lost.ouija. You however, chose to proceed with harassing the staff and insulting me later on in the server. From that point, I knew that there was no need to keep you on the server from that point and I chose to ban you for it after your toxic remarks over the times I've seen you present on the servers.

I did not insult you one time in the demo nor Lost. I was simply repeating what I said.

I also wanted to point out that my conversation with legitcake was not toxic at all. I was saying that most of the admins seem to have a grudge against me which you in fact said in the demo that you were biased towards me (With your history, it's hard not to look at you like that Bryan). Words exact or similar to what you said. And again you post about my previous bans. I know what I did, but they are over a year old and deserve to be left in the past.

You gagged me for a full round for choking a cheero whilst I was speaking. OF COURSE I was upset at you. You also didn't give me any warnings or anything and it was less than a 1 second noise, and this was AS I was talking.

 

I feel like the punishment was very harsh, I was there when he banned off of East 1 and all he was talking. there was a warning but only after he was gagged.

You flat out lied. I never insulted you or lost. You said I harassed him, and I repeated what I said, and didn't direct to him or you.

The fact that you also decided to insult my Moderator in front of me was appalling and as a result, I asked what happened. ??? I guess you thought no one was recording. You never asked what happened and I never insulted him.

I guess calling staff members "garbage" isn't known as harassment or insulting? You might want to double check the way you're addressing things. The demo shows that you clearly admit to calling @lost.ouija "garbage" and that you felt no remorse for it. "It's only fair right?" To add to my statement, you said that it was only fair to call him garbage as a response. That is known as insulting.

 

I admit to that. I did insult him in the previous game. But several times has he questionable gagged me under his "discretion". At the time of which, I was calling him garbage in pretense, so I was just refering to the time I called him garbage. Does that warrant a 2 month ban?

Throughout the past times I've played with you, and apparently with other staff members as well, there's a common occurrence: you're punished for breaking one or more of the rules, you claim abuse and that you're being targeted, and proceed to harass the staff members. It's been noted in your adminstats on numerous occasions, and though you claim it's all from two years ago, many notes have been made throughout the month of December alone. To back this up, I'll go into the interaction between you and me yesterday, while we were playing on the map community pool.

At the end of each round, there were instances in which you would make gurgling sounds. Though you deny it, there had been multiple instances of you making this sound before I had gagged you, though because of the quick and rapid style of these sounds, I hadn't thought much of it the first couple of times you'd done it. Now, on most likely the third time that you'd made this gross sound, I'd gagged you, and proceeded to check your adminstats. Upon seeing your multiple bans, and the plethora of notes by staff members, I'd decided to exercise discretion to treat this as your second offense of Mic Spam, as I had heard you do it before already, and I let you know what was being done. Just after this, and following the usual pattern, you'd accused me of bias, targeting, and abuse towards you, all while harassing me as well.

Though I didn't punish you for harassment, as it would have only incited more anger and frustration, you were extremely close to a ban for toxicity towards the end of the session. You had called me a "fuck face", attempted to get other users punished for what you felt you were targeted for, and overall created an immensely toxic atmosphere that people didn't want to be around. I allowed you to vent and yell at me, and I did my best to understand you, though what you'd done was still incredibly toxic and is worth the ban you were given.

Calling someone toxic is a pretty extreme thing to do, and it isn't taken lightly, though that's what it was: purely toxic. If you don't believe any of what I said above is true, I'll leave some screenshots below, and tag @Ravin who could possibly act as a witness to what you said in voice chat, as I have no recording of it. Due to this trend, I'd heavily recommend that @Guilty deny this appeal, and that you take this time to rethink the way that you treat other people, as it's not acceptable on here, let alone real life.

I don't claim to not have done all that stuff in my history, because I did.
But you banned me for 2 months basically because I called a staff member garbage? I KNOW so many people who have gotten away with SO much more. And again, if you watch the demo, this all started because of how ANGRILY you came into the server.
He's obviously your friend and you obviously just wanted AN EXCUSE to ban me for a petty reason.

 

It all comes down to checking my adminstats, which has been pointed out time and time again. You guys are the ones who keep testing me and gagging me with your "discretion" and then are surprised when I talk back? You've played with me twice. NOW YOU KNOW ME THOUGH. And "most likely the third time". I distinctly remember it being the second according to you, and why don't you show the previous posts before all that nonsense because all I can find is "Fuck face" which I stopped afterwords with.
You want to gag me for a full round for choking on a cheero, then lieing and saying it was the third time? Then put up with my shit.

 

And I would like to point out that even after all this, spamming and harassment bans are 5 days long max. I would at least like a shorter ban because 2 months?!?!?! That's very harsh.
