Hello Mac as I am Graxed's admin I will be responding to this report and coming to a verdict. Do you have any evidence to back up your claims that the slay was random. If you have pictures or videos it would help further your claims.

Hey Mac, thanks for taking the time to report me here today.
Today, I joined the EU- Vanilla server, and found many reports: One was filed against you as shown here

Since your response gave me no valid reason as to why you killed, I checked to see what @Zypther could have done that round which was traitorous, I found nothing.

I then came to the conclusion it was RDM, as you gave me no proper reason. I then proceeded to slay you, to which you started PMing me with this.

This is all the evidence I have against you, I will leave this report up to my admin to determine to verdict, If needed: @Zypther was a witness in this situation.

 

So by the looks of it from the evidence provided by grace you killed zypther because he was being shot at, the damage info's however shows that zypther didn't shoot. So therefore he didn't commit a traitorous act. According to your response for the report you said "sorry I didn't know you was a detective". Perhaps you was referring to a different round but in round 1 the player you killed wasn't a detective. So what exactly did you kill zypther for?

 

Yeah, mac you shot me for no reason randomly on one of the rounds on the map nether. I reported and asked for any staff available to come to EU nilla, and @Graxed came, and dealt with the reports, and set a slay on you. I don't have any evidence as it was dealt with by the moderator.

 

Mac you have only quoted Graxed's response. I need for you to explain why you killed zypther so I can come to a verdict.

 

I didn't see it. i saw 2 people shooting at each other, i was going to shoot one. but he moved out the way and i shot the Detective by mistake.

 

With your response I have come to the verdict that this report is invalid. I think you are somewhat confused, so I will explain everything to you in detail. You claim you killed a detective but the player you killed was the role of an innocent. You also claim you saw two people shooting at each other but according to logs zypther hadn't even shot so therefore he had done nothing traitorous to be shot for. Remember people need to be doing something traitorous for you to kill them. The slay that was issued is valid making your report invalid.
