Hello @Ziggy9395 . Allow me to explain your situation.

So below is an image of your adminstats aka your history of bans on the servers. As you will see, it's not very pretty.

So the interesting part is that you had quite the history of bans, which came into play as your ban was extended for it. The 1st Offense of RDM & Leave (SoL) should have been an RDM & Leave 3rd Offense and the 2nd Offense given on December 5th, 2015 should have been a 5th Offense. The 4th Offense ban was given by @Alisae and the 5th Offense given by @J.T.Ripper . These 2 will respond as soon as they can with their evidence. Considering your history in mind, I chose to fix up your ban and give the actual ban reason and length. These 2 will respond with their reasoning on why you've been banned and after they give their verdicts, I will finish the appeal off.

No it shouldn't have been the 4th and 5th offense as you can clearly see as it has been demonstrated three times in the ban history that your system knocks it down to 1st offense if the player hasn't been active in a while, or that is just what every mod does. You can see there are months apart when it goes back down to 1st offense on 5/13/14, 1/10/15 and 11/01/15. That should be 3rd offense and I wasn't given a chance to rejoin.

 

Our SoL (Statute of Limitations) only resets the history if 3 months have passed after you've been unbanned. It hasn't been 3 months since you were unbanned from your global ban. The point from when you were unbanned from you ban on 4/18/2015 would be around the middle of August. That's when you have to wait the 3 months before you're officially able to have your ban reset to a 1st offense of RDM & Leave. This means that had you not been banned around the middle of November, you would go back to the 1st offense. However, as shown in your admin stats, you were banned early November (November 1st). This means that you were banned before the 3 month SoL period and as a result, now you got banned for a more severe offense. All of this culminating to an RDM & Leave 5th Offense, which you are currently banned for.

Above is the report that I found valid, the second report was confirmed that the other player was indeed Tbaiting, so that was found invalid. As for the ban itself, you can see that there's you leaving, and I usually give until a full round goes to fill out a ban.

As you can see, you killed 1 and damaged another person without seeming reason to, responded to the report with a blank message and left. However, I apologize for not having a screenshot of you leaving in this case. I recall being absent minded that day, since I also did not pay proper attention to the SoL when I issued the ban.

 

With the evidence that these two have provided, do you have anything else left to say @Ziggy9395 ? If you don't, then I will be denying your appeal. I will give you some time to come up with your reasoning.

 

I just want to say that I wasn't even given a chance to rejoin. Obviously I tried to if I posted the ban appeal pretty much right after the ban which shows I tried to rejoin.

Also the fact that it wasn't even on purpose, my computer crashed.. 112 days seems unfair for something that wasn't even in my control. I am being punished for my computer.

 

Had it been your 1st offense of RDM & Leave, then I would understand and would be more lenient with the ban, but considering your long track record on our servers, I find it difficult to see that it's your computer's fault for creating all these bans that have been shown in your admin stats. Unfortunately, with the following Moderators having given their evidence to the report, I find it difficult to believe that they happened due to your computer. As a result, it is unfortunate, but I will be denying your appeal as a result.
