cant, the admin banned me for 14 after I said i was going to report her​

Reason For Report:

i was playing ttt, when suddenly Notorious(another admin) rdm'ed me... he apologized... bt shortly after he reported me,WHILE I WAS DEAD. i forgive him, but C.A.ANNA auto slayed me once, and after i asked her why, she auto slayed me again... i was furious!(and might of said some bad words) after all of this... i used a "@" infront of my message to tell her i felt abused and that i was going to report her(or him). Immediatly i got banned for 14 DAYS!! please give her a warning or something.... because i feel dissapointed in the way your admins treated me​

Sorry but i have no evidence... because all of it happened so fast. Hopefully you still believe me! but if you cant report/warn her without any evidence it would be a great shame... and you will lose a huge serious ttt fan​

Your story is false. I did not apologize for your death, you were killed by the TNT cart and I had warn for it.

I did not report you while you were dead, as soon as the next round started you shot me, no reason except that you had died from the TNT cart I had warned for the previous round.

You then left before serving even 1 of your slays all the way through and were banned for rdm and leave second offense.

Thank you for taking the time to report me on the forums! Let's get down to it.

So we are on B5 and it is round 3 when I get this report sent in from you.

Spoiler: Round 3 report

Now you were rather angry that you had been apparently RDMed by Noctorious and you can see that rather obviously by your choice of language in your report. This however was not the case. See you were killed by the nether portal trap that Noctorious had pulled at the very start of the round. I too was a traitor that round and saw his warnings and have even screenshotted them for you.

You had almost a full 10 seconds before you were killed by the trap as he pulled them about 10 seconds into the round, you died nineteen seconds into the round. Regardless you had enough time to read that warning. As there had been a warning called I could not slay Noctorious for killing you. He was not in the wrong at all and even though you may not have read that warning it is still not Noctorious's fault that you died.

Now we move onto the next round. 6 seconds into the round you kill Noctorious for absolutely no reason. You can see the report in the following spoiler.

You clearly admit to killing him because he killed you last round. This was revenge RDM. As I am an Admin, I have the discretion to punish for this sort of thing. Revenge RDM is not something that we appreciate on our servers and because of your rather rude and unwarranted language in the first report I saw it fit to slay you for 2 rounds. After I issued the slay the following conversation happened and then the follow messages were sent to admin chat after the first slay occurred. I have highlighted the key parts in red so that it is easier to follow.

In regards to the 14 day ban. As you can see in that last screenshot of our conversation you left the server with pending slays and hadn't even served the first one. I waited until the end of the round for you to return although I didn't think you would as you said you were going to report me and then I issued an RDM and Leave (Second Offense) ban on you. Second offenses are 14 days long so I was merely following protocol. In case you don't believe my judgement, here is your ban history so that you can see I had followed the said protocol correctly.

Now I believe this is my side of the story sorted. I am sorry that you feel that I was abusing my power however I saw it fit to do what I did. Your attitude was appalling, the language unwarranted and the revenge RDM completely uncalled for. I can understand that you were upset about what you thought was RDM but you should never ever take it into your own hands. I will now leave it up to my lead @Darktooth to decide the verdict of this report.

As a direct witness to this I will now provide all the evidence I have of exactly what happened.
On my T-round you died after I warned for the trap. EDIT: I JUST REALIZED YOU DIED TO NETHER PORTAL, NOT TNT TRAP. You can see then from my video, that there was a lot of time between when I pressed the nether portal trap and when you died to it. (You died ~1 sec before I warned for the TNT trap, that means Anna's estimate of 9 sec from my warning to your death is correct)

You then reported me as you thought I had not warned enough in advance, saying a lot of mean words in the process:

The next round starts and you immediately RDM me before I could even move. You are then killed for still standing next to my body which you had not ID'd. You then get very angry at me reporting you and I ask you to calm down as Anna and I tried to explain the situation to you, including why I wasn't slain, why you were being slain twice, and why @nilz was not going to be slain for killing you.

Hopefully now that everyone has calmed down some, you can come to understand what happened in what order and why everything happened the way it did. I hope you come out of this not feeling like a victim who has been wronged but a player who has a better understanding that he was not being abused or picked on.

Hey @seka,

I find it very interesting how you act in certain social groups. In front of a court or jury, you tend to act innocent and preach that you are being wronged in such a polite, courteous way. Yet, when you are being "wronged" yourself, you throw harsh words around, and disregard the people you are talking to. You do realize that we don't tolerate lying in our report system, yeah? I would highly recommend and stress that you keep your story consistent, because we have some very smart staff who take pictures of evidence when situations like this happen, which I thank @C.A.Anna and @Noctorious for.

I will have to be frank: This report is utterly ridiculous, but I applaud you for making the attempt and further show your dishonesty. It's invalid in every sense of the word.
