The player in question was holding a one time incident against lucky and was "RDMing him so he can't do it again."
When asked to stop he refused and said no mercy for rdmers.

Sorry, no. I am speaking about the player who was RDMing lucky.

 

not to intrude on the report but it looks like as lucky you where also harassing him as well and even a bit more from you, with your evidence.

I will look at the logs in game as soon as the servers are back up, we will await his response for this report.
I will add though, that your responses to him @Luckylion are incredibly rude and rather disturbing, and if this is all you have for the conversation, it looks a bit worse for you than it does for him.

 

Unfortunately, it is not rock out with your cock out that is filing the report. While lucky may have been in the wrong, at least his attitude was not shown to the public AND did not retaliate with RDM. If you view the logs, he could not even enjoy playing in the server with me because rock out with your cock out believed he was RDMing (Which he wasn't) and prevented Lucky from enjoying ANY match after that to the point that lucky had to d/c and cool off by talking to me. I had witnessed the rock out with your cock out's many RDMs and even asked him to please stop so that we can all just have fun and enjoy the game, to which he replied (on mic) that I was a "Cock guzzler" as he continued to RDM. And when I say RDM, I mean this guy blew him up the very microsecond after preparing was over.

While I am gay and have a male fiance (which is not lucky), I do not take sexual prejudice kindly and this is why I am backing Lucky Lion on this report.

 

Unless you can provide me with evidence of these claims @Batman47 I would refrain from commenting. I understand that he was being harassed, and i'm going to try my best to figure this verdict out, and again I would refrain from putting yourself in the middle without any proof besides claims.

Alright @Luckylion my logs show almost exactly what your picture shows, which is good! He was the first to shoot, as seen here:

This was honestly the only evidence I found in the entire log of that last round, as well as into the next map before you left where it seemed he RDMed you. I will take care of him with that, as a ban will be put into place after I type this up. But something I did see the next map, is this:

I am wondering why you shot him as it seems he did nothing before hand. Before closing this, I'd like to hear your side of that.

Now as far as the harassment goes, with just the screen shots you provided, as I stated already, you actually seemed a bit more disturbing then him. The most I can for him is give him a warning, but otherwise nothing more can be done. Just want to thank you for reporting and I am sorry to had to go through this type of thing in game.

 

He was behind a known traitor and not shooting him, I shot him, id'd him, and started to t-bag him since I didn't like him anyways. (Just being honest)
As for my harassment yea I was very verbally abusive towards him I was very angry and overstepped my bounds on it. Thanks for handling this and sorry to cause problems as such a new player on the server.

 

@Luckylion thanks for your honesty. For the future, I would advise just taking a crap load of screen shots in console of the entire conversation, or even recording demos so we can get them for harassment next time.
