Cant provide any evidence but right when it crashed I tried to rejoin however I was already banned at the time....​

 

You were banned by me for RDM and Leave, 3rd offense. But for some reason it messed up. I will be providing my evidence in a moment but you should not be unbanned at the moment.

 

You will be able to provide evidence that you crashed with crash logs, which can be found here. If you have a x32 based OS, just check your regular program files folder.

I had banned you for RDM and Leave, 3rd Offense, which I requested @Toxin to globalize and extend at the time as you had an Active Mass RDM Ban by @Hingle and a active RDM and Leave 2nd ban from @Falcor

Let us start with your appeal, As you stated you, "Had just left and was banned" . Maybe there was some confusion, but this ban was issued by Falcor on 9/12/2015 so I am not quite sure I understand why you said you tried to rejoin but you were already banned. My ban had glitched out so there is certainly some confusion there.

Now with my ban, you had disconnected during your slay. @Gods_Prayer can attest to. We had waited two rounds and even kept tabs on you for 40 minutes because you are on his friends list and you did not return, nor reach out to me in PM's last night.

As you can see here. You assumed a player had broken a tester and randomly had appeared in the room. This player was not only innocent, but that room has multiple exits, including a vent and T Room. You assumed due to his weapon and him appearing, that he had destroyed the tester. Due to the fact of you not directly witnessing this, you killed this player on suspicion. The next map you had disconnected and did not return and did not come back online from what @Gods_Prayer explained to me via steam for the rest of the night.

Great....I was just banned for no reason on east now too? I was ingame as well....And as for that, I realised my mistake immediately when they said the death station blew it up....




And as for the Tester incident, I stayed for the end of that map and took my slay? I don't know why you would bring up that, for I served that slay as I recall.

You were not sleeping or at work. It was last night when we were playing together as you can see in my screenshots above.. You shouldn't have been unbanned, but due to an error on the bans, your ban expired that should have been globalized.

I don't...know what you are talking about for a death station. Are you reading my replies?

 

Don't see any pms to me, btw as for the death station I left the room when it blew up, and it apparently broke the tester so after I heard the tester/vent break because they sound the same I went back in and saw him there and that's why I shot him

 

I said "You did not reach out to me in PM's". As in you made no effort to contact staff if you had crashed or disconnected, @Gods_Prayer and I both waited for your return but you did not come back.

Right...Which means you killed the player in that report against you for no reason...As you confirmed the Death Station blew it up, not him... So this confirms your RDM Kill...

But you didn't. And that is why you were banned. Gods_Prayer and I both waited multiple rounds and even waited to check on you Via STEAM and you did not return. This confirms you left assuming your slay was done. With the active Mass RDM Ban and Active RDM and Leave, 2nd Ban. Your Third RDM and Leave Ban was globalized and extended. As a regular on these servers, you have been here a bit longer than others and understand how rules work.

Please use this time to reflect on the MOTD and use your forum resources, as well as the staff on your friends list in the future if you should you leave, crash, or get disconnected in the future.
