Hello Koneko-Chan,

I apologize for the lack of evidence (primarily video) to prove that you were hacking. However, contrary to common practice your ban will not be lifted due to lack of evidence, as not only was your hacking witnessed by multiple active players (whom also reported it to me), but I've also had an admin review your case. In normal appeals where the staff member lacks evidence, the player would be marked as suspicious and let go with the ban voided and lifted. But as I have mentioned, I've discussed with my admin on not only the hacking that took place but also your history, so therefore you will not be unbanned.

My sincere apologizes for if any lack of satisfactory treatment or communication was present, but I urge you to avoid using hacks on our servers in the future.

Em, Mic spamming? Sorry but that's a false ban I dont even have a mic XDD

 

Just to quell any misguided thoughts you may have about the mic spamming ban; it wouldn't be a false ban. Why? Because mic spammers are never banned outright. They are given 2 gags before they are banned. 2 chances to stop. Failure to do so would thus result in a ban. The mic spam ban itself against you was issued on eu, you also have 3 gags under your name on eu. 2 of which were more than likely issued before your mic spam ban.

Regardless this ban appeal is not about that ban so let's stick to the actual issue at hand.
