i dont even know why i was banned i whent to the ban list and found nothing last time i was on there there was mass rdm and i asked "Beard core" if he could come and help but he said to join him so i did then i just figured i was banned and i dont know why​

I was the one who asked for the ban, as recently when playing you had shown several instances of loopholing, such as dropping grenades in order to get players to kill you (I do not have evidence of this, but @Dudewrath_Exalted can Attest to this as it happened to him) And as of recently, you were running into barrels intentionally to get players slayed on Community pool (I will get to this later.)

So Lets start when I hopped on today.

Unfortunately, the logs are not up yet for today, but when they are I will be sure to edit my response accordingly, your first instance of RDM was on the map Lost Temple when you accidently threw a frag that killed a player, you admitted to your mistake and thus the slay was administered. Here is a screenshot of you acknowledging that you RDM'd

Your second act of RDM Occurred on community pool, when I was spectating you and you decided to take a shot at 2 players in the tester for seemingly no reason, after asking you about this, you claimed he shot, which logs show he did not, I will upload a screenshot of them when the old logs for today become available.

After that, I recieved a complaint from a player in chat that you intentionally ran into exploding barrels in an attempt to get a player slayed. After seeing this, I decided to spectate you and recorded the following demo, in which it clearly appears that you ran right into a barrel with this goal in mind. Which is when I decided to contact @irritatingness to ask what measures should be taken, after telling him of the experiences I had with you, He decided to globally ban you.

I can attest to this, on the map Community Pool, Mr Munkay said he was going to throw a grenade into the tester, which was heavily crowded. He began counting down, and ran into the room with a grenade in hand and Q dropped it, and turned to run away. I did not see a clear prime animation on the grenade as the room was crowded, so I shot him before he could exit the room, if I had waited for the grenade to go off we would all have been dead so I took the initiative and shot him. I explained my reasoning for killing him as Traitor baiting, as threatening to kill a room full of proven innocents AND tossing a grenade can be taken as hostile action. He reported me for RDM, and I was slain for his action, and I later called out a person who was in the traitor room and he said I was RDMing, and that I cannot call out someone in the traitor room.

 

when i was in the tester i heard a gunshot and a flash inside the tester so i shot the guy i saw the "shot" from and it happend to not be him and i stuck with it being him 2nd i did not to intend to run in the barrles as i was running to the tester and responding to you why i shot the player for shooting randomly last round some shot shot the barrle as i was typing 3rd i did not mean to throw the frag and i asked why i was being slain as i forgot i have thrown it. i didnt intend to loophole for the tester as i was sure that the was the one i asked him if he was the one that shot and he said yes but i took the slay also at the pool i did count down with a frag and my hand and press q i will take into action that i did do that.

 

I was asked to post on this ban appeal by Anarchist. My player name is The Black Guy, I feel I was loophole trolled by MrMunkay514. While playing on Community pool I warned players that I shooting barrels and to back up, MrMunkay was right behind me before I blew up the barrels. I shot once to blow them up and while they were on fire MrMunkay ran up to them knowing they were on fire died and reported me, I was slain right away by Anarchist. I told Anarchist what happened but he could only do what he saw (or didn't see) and what the logs say.

I personally feel he loophole trolling because he was going to be slain the next round for rdming another player, so he decided to get me slain. Most players don't run up to on fire barrels expecting a positive outcome to happen. He did it to be toxic to another player

He didn't respond to me after when I asked him why he ran up to them. Another play said to me "you shouldn't be shooting barrels you dumbass" and MrMunkay responded with a

i was running to the barrles when you shot them is false ... i was running to the tester then you shot them killing me and i did not hear a warning when running to the tester . but me saying that isnt gonna change what really happend

 

I don't have video evidence sadly but running to the Tester room and running up to and exploding barrel are two different things

 

IF you did give a waring it mustve been when i was next a barrle going to the tester

 

Munkay, due to the lack of substantial evidence of your loopholing, you will be unbanned.

However, it would be a good idea to not do things like this in the future. In the demo, it seems clear that you wanted to die from the barrels, as you first ran towards the center, where most of the barrels explode, and then towards the lit barrel that was about to explode. Then, you demanded the user who shot the barrels to be slain. This was not the first time this happened, and is why you were spectated in the first place. Had both instances been caught on video, you probably wouldn't be getting unbanned right now. I've also heard in the past about your loopholing with dropping grenades in attempts to get a player slain, among other things.

You've been let go this time, but do not expect to continue to get away with things of this nature in the future.
