Why you should be unbanned:

Because I have no idea why i was banned for 5 days.I have a guess. My little brother was playing on my computer and messing around on random servers, but he didnt go on vanilla. I would at least like to know the information about why i was banned.​

Ok, so i just found out that while i was taking a dump, and i left my computer on, my little brother took it upon himself to kill the guy he "thought" opened the T room on a minecraft city map. The one with the pigs. Now I know that the little brother excuse is overused and everything, but that is really how it went down. I do have a little brother named Hunter, and he went on my computer without permission because he thought he was killing the T, and he didnt understand the rules. I do not expect you to forgive me for this because I don't have any proof, and it sounds like a silly excuse. I will not get mad or upset if you decide to keep the ban on me, and I will deal with it. If you look at my rdm history though, I am someone who plays by the rules, and who doesnt kill on suspicion. Ultimately, the decision is up to you, and thank you for being a good part of staff.

 

Regardless of what happened I appear to lack evidence for this appeal, that said it is also your first offense so it won't make a huge difference. Especially since I will be accepting your appeal and voiding your ban, more info below.

While you are responsible for any actions taken on your account, as this is your first ban and your punishment history is squeaky clean for Vanilla you will be unbanned. Your ban will also be voided, meaning your next RDM/Leave offense will also be 1st, that said I will encourage you to maybe teach your brother how to play TTT, or at least speak to him about what servers he should and should not play on. Basically I just suggest you find some way to get him to either play by the rules while on our server or shuffle him off to other servers. All of this in mind just know that your account is held responsible for infractions against the rules, and not the person using it. I'm sorry this has put a black mark on your ban history and I hope to see you back on Vanilla soon or any of our servers.

I will also contact the trial moderator I was training at the time, @VonDicey as well as @Pandora who was there before either of us to retrieve evidence and add it here.
